    “Thieves - Horrible customer support”

    Hotel staff was incompetent, rude and refused to issue a refund on a refundable booking when canceled weeks prior to the visit. I will never book with this hotel again. Please be careful when choosing your hotel.

    “Great hotel”

    The hotel was great! The bell man Aurelio was very helpful and nice! The service was great! Thank you Aurelio and the rest of the staff!!! We will be coming back! The only thing is that the water temperature was a bit cold. Other than that we looooved it! Thank you for a great experience!

    “Great”

    Very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful and professional, Mr. Aurelio especially, was very great and helpful to our family the whole week . Will Be visiting this hotel again when I go back to Santo Domingo.

    “Good location, food ok”

    Seems like and old hotel. They need to check every room to make sure what they can Improve on: the carpet smells of old and the AC in my and other rooms made clanking notices that woke you up. They offer a premium level access but the food in that place is not as good as the one in the first floor.

    “Great hotel”
