    “Fantastic place!”

    Great rooms, clean and nice, great amenities. Staff was fantastic, except for the bar in the lobby. They got stressed when there were a lot of people and did not have things prepared. Other than that great experience!

    Brilliant hotel. Amazing service, wonderful staff. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wishing for a fantastic stay away in Granada. Room service was wonderful & we had a brilliant stay. Thank you so much!

    “Great staff and value”

    I always say the staff make a place and its definitely true in this case.Very welcoming reception team,nice staff in the lobby bar and also in the restaurant,a special mention to Abraham who is always smiling and very efficient.The rooms are nice and cleaned to a very high standard every day.In my opinion this hotel is a good 4 star not a 5 star but that's just me.

    “Great place in Granada”

    Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Granada! My boyfriend and I spent two nights in Granada on our road trip in Andalusia. The hotel is in the heart of the city, 5 minute by walk from the city centre and from the terrace, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful landscape. Unfortunately we stayed here in November and it was not the best time to enjoy the terrace and the outdoor pool. Service was absolutely great and the staff made our trip perfectly suitable. Will book the same hotel on my next trip to Granada

    “Great location but not a 5 star property”

    Maybe the rating system in Spain is different but this is nowhere close to a 5 star hotel. More like a decent 3 star. Great location and furnishings in public areas and restaurant were good and in keeping with 4 or 5 star, however the rooms were tired, drab and dreary. The room was a decent size but the ac didn't work for the first night making sleep difficult. Breakfast was mediocre and food quality not great. Service, equally lackluster. Receptionists were friendly and helpful

We regrett to read the disturbances caused by the air conditionning unit in your room and not being immediately informed as we would have been able to send a technician and have it repaired in no time for you to fully enjoy your stay, for a future occasion please do not hesitate to contact our réception desk for anything we may do for you to fully enjoy your stay among us.     “Great place in Granada”
