    “Very Disappointing”

    Our recent stay at this hotel started badly as we had to queue for 30 minutes to check in even though we had completed the registration forms on the coach. We paid for a sea view and asked for a quiet room and we did get what we asked for. The main problem was the lack of staff. A quarter of the dining room was cordoned off and it meant we had to walk up and down the isles looking for a free table. Not what I would expect from a 4* hotel. One evening I queried this with the girl ticking off our names and we were shown to a table that wasn't laid by a supposed supervisor, who made no apology for the inconvenienced. Another day it was raining and the main bar was busier than usual but there was only one barman, who was expected to serve everyone as well as clear tables. My husband complained about this at reception and was told they would look into it. They didn't as no other member of staff was forthcoming. This was our second visit to this hotel and we returned because we had a wonderful holiday last year. With so few staff, this hotel is not very customer friendly and that together with the fact the standards have dropped we will not be returning.

    “Yet another brilliant stay.”

    This was our 3rd visit to this hotel. The staff are excellent, the location is great, food is really good. Staff go above and beyond. Jessica in reception went above and beyond to help us with a a few special requests with our booking so much so we are coming back for a month next year. We just love this hotel. Well done to the team there.

    “staff in the bars and restaurants”

    Staff in the bar are not helpful, can't make a proper Irish coffee. When going for your evening meal you have queuing up to get a piece of be let in, even on ALL INCLUSIVE. Paid for superior room , but very disappointing experience as not clean.

    “Exactly as promised”

    a very efficiently run hotel which offers a 4 star experience as promised. Staff are well trained, plentiful and friendly. Facilities excellent. It isn't fine dining, but the selection of food was perfectly adequate and varied. The adjacent spa offers added value and the heated outdoor pool is a real benefit

    “Another great visit at this hotel”

    Came here 2 years ago with our daughter in Mid summer, very hot 🥵. January is still very warm on the island, don’t let the time of year put you off. Fantastic hotel, great staff, great food and drink. Very much recommend all inclusive. We will return I’m sure 👍
