    “Great Hotel - entertainment license not required ”

    Room was very good and housekeeping excellent. Meal times offered a great choice with many options cooked on the grill. My wife is a coeliac and was catered for very well. The waiting staff were very good as were the bar staff. The pool and grounds were exceptional. The entertainment was appalling but if you find something else to do you will hard pushed to find a better hotel.

    “Poor reception”

    We’ve just arrived at this hotel at 12, having left home in the UK at 3am. We were hoping to drop our bags in our room and have a sleep for an hour, only to be told that we can’t check into our room until 3pm. We were given a voucher for a ‘free’ cocktail, which is a bit of an insult really when we’ve paid for All Inclusive anyway 🤔. Now having to sit and wait in reception for 3 hours. We haven’t had a very good first impression. Hopefully the holiday will improve and I will e able to leave a more positive review when we leave.

    “Brillient Relaxed Holiday”

    this is our third time at this Hotel and we shall be returning again. We love the relaxed atmosphere even though it is a family resort. There are places within the resort where you can still have the peaceful relaxed feeling. Love the location and only a short haul from the airport.

    “Perfect as always”

    Our second year in a row now, we can't wait to go again and again! The room was completely spotless, however the balcony was near a few high trees which caused a few ants to come wondering in. But after a few days they disappeared!

    “Not for vegetarians ”

    I was hoping this hotel would be better for vegetarians but it was as bad as the buffets in all other calete de fuste hotels I've stayed in. There is little to no labelling and the v sign is not used here. A plate of lettuce and plain pasta is not a vegetarian meal. Why not have one option a day. Veg chilli, veg curry, veg stir fry, veg pasta, veg risotto, veg sausages, veg paella. There you are. Job done. I do not want to be paying four star food prices to eat cold plain pasta and a bread roll. There is also only full fat whole milk. Most others here offer soya and half fat. The sun beds are very stiff with no give and bend at the waist with a choice of two high angles. Both back and neck aching for me, hence I went to the beach to use theirs. The sheets seem to be non slip, which it's hard to turn over. Rooms cleaned well. Staff helpful. Don't think I'd return as good veggie meals in local restaurants so probably better to hire an apartment. If you are a meat eater it would be fine. To keep asking staff what is in meals and then waiting while they find an English speaking chef to find out is very tedious and not relaxing.

However we woul like to inform you that to guests with special diets we offer the possibility to coordinate a specific meal with the person in charge at the restaurant, always a service in advance. We have taken good note about remarks regarding the labelling and we will forward them to the responsable of the department. Neverthless, all information about our dishes is available to customers in a totem by the restaurant entrance. We regret your disappointment with our sunbeds and reading that you found them to be unconfortable. However, our sunbeds have a different angles choices to suite all guests' preferences. On the other hand, we are thrilled to read that you felt welcome and supported from the moment you arrived until the moment you departed and will not fail to share your compliments with the entire team as we know it will be a great source of motivation to keep on going the extra mile.
