    “Wonderful family holiday!”

    We are loving our stay at this hotel. The food is AMAZING, I cannot understand how anybody can complain about it, such a variety on offer, something for everyone, even the fussiest of children! Many many healthy options too but if you wanted to pig out you easily can. There is usually quite a queue for the coffee machine though! We had one evening in the a la carte restaurant which was nice but to be honest we prefer the buffet. People have complained about booking a table being difficult but we have seen plenty of tables reserved every night, it can't be that hard, and we've always found a table easily enough anyway. The hotel staff are beyond friendly and helpful, and the animation team come across as the happiest and most hard working bunch of folk I have ever met. I think our room is classed as a junior suite and we have plenty of space including a lovely big bathroom. Its all very clean and is cleaned every day. The Wifi works well for when the kids aren't in the pool and just want to chill out. I've been enjoying the Pilates, yoga etc and the aqua aerobics. There is plenty to keep the kids busy and the animation team actively invite them to take part. My only criticism is that the beds are comfortable but very squeaky, you can really tell how much other folk are enjoying their holiday! All in all it feels very relaxed for families with young children, as busy parents we've really enjoyed being able to truly relax and so have the kids.

    “Three. Sisters on holidays”

    Great staff very chatty and attentive very clean everywhere but this hotel is 28 years old and requires a big refurbishment andd the dinning room furniture needs replacement all the seating in the lounges off the reception area requires reupholster ing as it's uncomfortable and falling apart, Great food choice,the dinning room gets very busy and the reservation of a table is shambolic, The outside area is vast with loads of loungers with a staffed poolside bar. Costa Teguise is not a great base to tour the island from unless you rent a car we prefer to use the frequent bus service.

    “Really enjoyable stay”

    Nice large room with lots of storage, good shower and in close location to the pool and restaurant. The food was excellent, different choices every lunch time and evening. Lots of sunbeds available. Pour your own drinks was good!

    “Gone Downhill since 2017.”

    Disappointing. Overcrowded. Poor maintenance. Poor entertainment. Overbooked. Queuing to hain entry in restaurant. No glasses or plates. Food often needed changing. Nothing left. Waiting for tables to be cleared and cleaned. Not enough sunbeds. Dated entertainment and cheap. Toilets dirty no toilet roll and no locks. Food in restaurant fabulous. Appears to have had the life squeezed out of it since 2017. Cannot cope with overbooking.

    “Would go Again”

    Went for 7 days in school hols with Jet2. Lots of positives for this hotel & would go again if the price was right. Food choice was excellent & like any all-inc it does get repetitive. Room was very clean & spacious & same old issues with Spanish plumbing! (Toilet running constantly). Also when it was windy the front door kept banging even thou the door was locked. Couldn’t fault the room overall. WiFi in the hotel was hit & miss but overall it was fine. All drinks (except restaurant) was self-service, 1st time I’ve ever come across this & it cut the normal queues down you would normally find. All spirits were cheap brands I disliked the brandy but wine was drinkable. Location of the hotel was approx 30mins walk to the centre of Teguise but it was a nice walk along the beach path. One negative was the people who put towels out at silly o’clock even though there was signs on beds on not to do this! (Shame hotel didn’t follow through with the warning to remove the towels)!! Positives for us Kids friendly Food Cleanliness of room & hotel Plenty of activities on Facilities Location (might not be for others) Free bus to beach & return (daytime) Negatives Towels on beds Not enough staff clearing tables in the restaurant Kids room, some games were either out of order or from the 1980’s!!

However, we do not seem to find records that our staff had been made aware of that while staying with us; naturally we would have changed you to another room. According to the hotel policy reserving sunbeds is not allowed. We do our best to ensure the following of this standard, especially during high occupancy when this happens more often and we apologize if exceptionally during your stay we weren’t able to have a total control on this matter. We are very pleased to read that you did like the room we accommodated you in and that you found it to be clean and comfortable at all times. It is also good to know that you enjoyed the many culinary delights prepared by our professional Chefs who always strive to offer a wide variety of typical delights in order to please all palates and we thank you for letting us know that we could conquer yours.
