    “My stay!”

    Was very good though dissapppinted with the animation team no where near as good as last year. Kitchen looked after us very well having coeliac disease! Fernando went out of his way making sure we was ok and understood how poorly we could be!

    “Brilliant holiday ”

    We stayed here 4th to 16th of September family of 3 . We really could not fault anything about this hotel we were in a junior suite and had lots of room the maids were in every day and done a great job. All the staff work so hard to accommodate everyone I was impressed with the entertainment as it was proper acts brought in. I loved the pool disco the best twice we saw it if you have a complaint to make about this hotel then you should not go on holiday

    “Honeymoon ”

    We spent two weeks in this hotel for our honeymoon with our almost two year old daughter! We absolutely loved it, the hotel was clean, food was gorgeous & we were there for two weeks & didn’t eat the same thing twice, food is only repetitive if you choose the same foods! We spent most days around the smaller pools at the back of the hotel which we loved, never had a problem with getting sun beds & we didn’t go down until after 10am. Kids club was great for our daughter, kept her out of the sun & had a few hours play where we didn’t have to watch her like a hawk & she loved the mini disco but that was quite repetitive! Most singers were fab, entertainment seemed good but we didn’t often stay up to watch it. Only slightly negative point is the pools are freezing so our daughter was shivering after about 45mins, would have been much better if they could all be slightly heated but once you were in & moving around it wasn’t too bad. There is a breeze but it’s much welcomed & makes the heat bearable, Reception staff were polite & helpful, beach isn’t much of a beach but we enjoyed fishing/ crabbing with our daughter & got the free bus to the beach which was beautiful. Mini golf is free aswell as football, tennis etc. I also had a massage which was amazing & well worth the money! We highly recommend this hotel & look forward to going back!

    “September week holiday”

    Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Water not included in all inclusive which I thought was strange. Very clean and overall a nice place stay for a week or less. The food was quite repetitive and we found we had to go out a few meals even though we were only here for a week but that can be expected at an all inclusive. Make sure you book the restaurant meal on your first day as we didn’t and we’re not able to have a the meal as it was all booked up!

    “Needs improvements”

    This could be a great place. It is a dirty resort. No one's walks around the pool cleaning up. If the wind gets up you end up with dirty paper cups in the pool. The toilets are not cleaned very often. To say a positive the food is very Good. The Only let down here are the drinks. I had to drink vodka and coke as it was the best of a bad bunch. The beer is awful and always served flat.

We also check with the beer provider that our beers have gas enough and they confirm that the gas level was great.
