    “Lunch at el Jardin”

    Lunch at El Jardin restaurant was exquisite, food presentation as well as quality of the dishes were superb; and the most wonderful attentions delivered by Jesus who was in charge of our table. A definite must.

    “Great staff”

    We had a workshop there. Staff was kind and responsive. They have a great garden and a GYM with new machines. Even there was the latest mirror which helps you to do exercises. it was opening late so I could not go there in the morning but I could walk in the garden instead.

    “We will 100% be back!”

    What an incredible experience! We'll never stay anywhere else on future visits to Santo Domingo! Each and every staff member treated us like royalty and our 1-year old daughter was loved and catered do every day. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic time in D.R., suggesting family-friendly places to go with our daughter and even giving us a tour of the hotel grounds and rooms. When there was an issue with our room, they quickly changed us to another and immediately tended to the problem. The food was fantastic (especially the breakfast) and everything was beautiful and phenomenal! They even had a children's area with swings. Highly recommended.

    “New year eve dinner”

    Am a frecuent visitor at the embajador and never has a bad experience until december 31st. We book a dinner for 7 at the embassy garden with paid reservation for 10:00 pm, when we arrived to the venue they told us we have to wait, but in the meantime we checked the salon and for our surprise no table for 7, the manager came out and told me to wait, i argue with ,him another waiter that now me came and told me my table was prepare and he don’t know what happen, after 40 minutes we was seated and 20 minutes later was served water. Look like the oversold the place or a late minute guest get my table, this was a disturbing situation for me and family . Rafael Jansen , 9177218817, New York

    “Will definitely keep coming back to this hotel!”

    You can't go wrong with this hotel. The service, cleanliness, and location are great. The one thing I will complain about is the lack of more sunbeds for their guests; they only have ~30 for everyone and every time we went to the pool, we had to wait until someone left theirs so we could grab one. It was very annoying and that's the one area I think they should focus on. Also, they wanted to me pay extra for an early check in and that's the first time a hotel has asked me for such thing. The situation could've been handled better.
