We know that a wedding can bring up many questions, but at Barceló Weddings we will be by your side every step of the way, to ensure everything goes perfectly.
What is the minimum time period to make a reservation?
We recommend reserving with 6 to 12 months' notice to ensure availability and to allow enough time to coordinate all the details.
What catering options do you offer and can we do a tasting before the wedding?
We offer a three-course pre-set menu. The couple can choose the option that best suits their preferences.
Does the hotel have a wedding planning team?
Yes, the hotel has a specialized Wedding Planner who will assist you in every detail of the planning process.
What spaces do you have available for the ceremony and reception?
Beach: a stunning white-sand setting that can accommodate over 100 guests. (Tent rental required; beach use taxes are included.)
Garden: A picturesque space ideal for ceremonies or cocktail parties, with a capacity of up to 80 guests. Please note that banquets are not allowed in the garden.
What is the maximum capacity of guests for events?
The hotel can host events with a maximum of 100 guests.
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
We work with our in-house provider, Estudio 11:11. If you choose to bring in a third-party vendor, a $1000 USD fee applies.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
Although we don't offer wedding-specific babysitting services, the hotel's Kids Club operates from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM to 5 PM. Children can enjoy supervised activities and games during these times.
Are there spaces or private rooms for the bride/groom/those to be wed to get ready in?
Yes, we offer a private area to ensure comfort and privacy before the ceremony. However, we do not have dedicated rooms for the bride and groom to get ready in.
