With this idea of co-creation, wanted to reimagine all the processes that come together when a person spends a night in a particular hotel. From the moment they start researching the destination and its hotel offer, to the moment they enter the hotel, the services they demand when they are staying there and even afterwards, in the moment after their experience.
A hotel at the height of the new guest, traveler and traveled, who demands attention to detail, an aspect especially important for the Barceló Emperatriz, a hotel as visionary when it comes to detecting the trends of new travelers as the icon that gives it its name: Eugenia de Montijo.
How was the project born?
When the chain told Sara Ramis, marketing director of Barceló Hotels & Resorts, that the hotel chosen for its landing in Madrid would be the Emperatriz, she decided to create a club of women leaders and professionals to contribute ideas to the renovation project of this old hotel.
The objective of the 21st Century Empress Club is to create a special and different hotel, with unique experiences and above all with those contributed by the clients themselves. That is the key to a co-creation project.
Said and done. Two intense days of work for to imagine what that ideal hotel would be like with women from very different professional backgrounds, different nationalities and diverse areas of interest with a common link: the pleasure and the need to travel.
