What is the minimum time period to make a reservation?
Our suggestion is to start the booking process between 6 months - 12 months before the wedding. The final number of guests must be confirmed at least one month before the ceremony date.
What catering options do you offer and can we do a tasting before the wedding?
We offer a wide variety of menus with Mexican, international, Japanese, and seafood flavors, with specialties designed to surprise your guests. A pre-wedding tasting menu is also offered.
Do you have wedding planners at the hotel?
Yes, we have a team of experienced wedding planners who will be with you every step of the way, making sure that all the details are taken care of from planning to the wedding day.
What spaces do you have available for the ceremony and reception?
We have several spaces for your ceremony and reception, including El Palmar Beach, the Miramar Terrace, the Jardín del Pozo, and the Pacific Ballroom.
What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?
Capacity varies depending on the space: El Palmar Beach and the Jardín del Pozo can accommodate up to 250 guests, while other spaces have adjustable capacity according to the needs of the wedding.
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
Photography and video services are available for an additional fee with the contracted wedding packages. If you choose to bring your own supplier, a fee must be paid.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
Yes, we offer this service, however, please keep in mind that it generates an extra charge per child, per hour, both for their stay and for the event.
Are there spaces or private rooms for the bride/groom/those to be wed to get ready in?
The bride and groom may get ready in their room, as we do not have dedicated areas in the hotel to do so.
