2. The conditions of the rate found must completely match the conditions of the rate booked on Barceloagents.com*:

- same details: hotel, room type, number of guests, dates of stay, and length of stay.

- And same conditions of: currency, sale, payment, conditions applying to changes to/cancellation* of the booking, etc.

* In the event of cancellation and/or modification policies not coinciding, we shall maintain a more stringent policy.

3. You must send your request within 24 hours of your purchase and at least 24 hours before your arrival at the hotel.

4. The form sent must include a screen shot of the cheaper rate found on another website, with the date and time of this rate included.

5. The customer has a 24-hour time limit for sending the match request.

6. If the cheaper Internet rate corresponds to a booking of several nights, the guarantee covers the final price of the complete reservation, not the rates corresponding to each individual night.

7. The cheaper rate found shall be net of taxes associated with the city/country in question, or of taxes of other kinds associated with the room rate.

8. The total difference found on another website must be more than €5. Barceló Hotels Group reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer and the terms and conditions at any time, and at its sole discretion should the difference in price exceed 25%, unless prohibited by law.

9. When a match request is made at the weekend, that is to say, from Friday at 4:00 p.m. (GMT+2/+1 according to summer/winter time), the price match may be delayed until Monday (GMT+2/+1 according to summer/winter time).

4. Rates that are not guaranteed publicly: negotiated rates, group rates, company rates, etc.

5. Reservations made via private sales clubs or those that require registration.

6. Rates that contain errors on their website at the time of checking the quote or booking the reservation.

7. Rates with prepaid vouchers.

8. Reservations booked within 24 hours before arrival at the hotel.

9. Discrepancies in the rates due to fluctuations, rounding up, or differences in currency exchange fees.

10. Barceloagents.com rates that already have exclusive benefits for groups (meetings, events, conventions, or conferences), including special services and discounts.

11. The best price guarantee does not apply to hotels in Cuba.
