Hotels on the Mexican Pacific Coast

To enjoy an unforgettable trip full of color and sunny idyllic beaches, you should visit some of the hotels and resorts on the Mexican Pacific coast. A place that stands out for its excellent golden sand beaches and crystal-clear water, in addition to a cultural experience that is unique in the world. Mexico's Pacific cost is a dream destination where it is also possible to enjoy nature in its wildest state.

Wonderful contrasts in this earthly paradise

The deep blue color of its water and the golden color of its fine sand contrast with the intense green of the exuberant vegetation that surrounds its beaches, towns, islands, and tropical mangroves. Thanks to more than 923 miles of coastline, it is possible to choose from a wide range of hotels and resorts along the Mexican Pacific coast and discover magnificent beaches and landscapes.

There are endless cultural activities and outdoor adventures that visitors can enjoy: exploring colonial towns, visiting archaeological sites, or discovering impressive cities. There is no doubt that it is the perfect place to become familiar with Mexican customs and traditions.

The best beaches on the Mexican Pacific coast

TheMexican Pacific coast has no reason to be envious of its Caribbean neighbor, and a good example for understanding this is Santa Maria Beach in Los Cabos, a paradise of crystal clear water with perfect waves, neither too rough nor too calm. The so-called "Beach of Love" or "Hidden Beach" in Puerto Vallarta is considered to have such significant natural beauty that it has a daily visitor limit in order to ensure its protection. Located in Nayarit, specifically in the Marietas Islands National Park, you are able to get to know La Nopalera Beach, on the neighboring island.

Another wonderful beach on the Mexican Pacific coast is Playa del Órgano, one of the beaches that form the Huatulco Bay in the state of Oaxaca, and is characterized by its absolute tranquility, as well as its pleasant fine sand and crystal clear turquoise water. A good way to access this area is by sea, renting a boat that will also allow you to have a more complete view of the area, travel to other beaches and even see dolphins and turtles in their own habitat.

One of the world's most outstanding natural heritage sites

There are places on Mexico's Pacific coast that have yet to be discovered, unique enclaves that hide some of the most incredible cultural heritage sites in the world. These places can be enjoyed without giving up the ultimate in comfort of staying in hotels and resorts found on the Mexican Pacific coast.

The Nayarit Riviera is one of those fascinating places that offer travelers a wide range of options: virgin beaches, mountainous landscapes, and unique fishing villages and towns. Isabel Island National Park is another one of its most outstanding enclaves where you can appreciate the wonders of marine fauna: manta rays, humpback whales, spectacular corals and more than 79 different species of fish.

To enter a true tropical rain forest, Sierra del Vallejo is one of the best preserved areas of the Mexican Pacific coast and was declared a Natural Protected Area in 2012. However, if there is a place that really excites tourists it is Mexcaltitán Island, a large expanse of wetlands that has a surprising biosphere and which can only be reached by sailing down the San Pedro River. This magical town is considered the birthplace of Mexican identity, cradle of the Aztec civilization.
