Inspirational Chef Stories builds on the legacy of Inspirational Chef Program, once again turning Tenerife into a meeting point for leading figures in haute cuisine from around the world. On November 28 and 29 of this year, Albert Adrià and the Padrón Brothers will star in an exclusive six-hand gastronomic experience, inspired by the richness and uniqueness of the Canary archipelago's skies.

With astronomy as its guiding theme in 2026, the renowned Catalan chef and the award-winning Canarian chefs will explore the intersection of haute cuisine and the Canary Islands' extraordinary skies over two days.
A gastronomic, cultural, and sensory experience featuring exclusive dinners, expert-led conversations (Inspirational Talks), a visit to the Izaña Observatory on Mount Teide, and an immersive experience at a biodynamic winery.

ALBERT ADRIÀ
A key figure in understanding contemporary cuisine. After his time at elBulli and leading projects such as Tickets, Pakta, Bodega 1900, Hoja Santa, and Heart Ibiza, Albert Adrià is now focused on his most personal venture to date: Enigma. His surprising, emotional, and precise cuisine continues the innovative legacy of the Adrià name and has earned him two Michelin stars.
PADRÓN BROTHERS
Albert Adrià will share the kitchen in Tenerife with Juan Carlos and Jonathan Padrón, chefs of El Rincón de Juan Carlos, a restaurant located in the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort and distinguished with two Michelin stars and three Repsol Suns. Cuisine based wholly on the product, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Canarian identity, building an haute cuisine offering that combines deep roots, precision, and a contemporary reading of the territory.

Since 2018, the Inspirational Chef Program, reimagined in 2026 as Inspirational Chef Stories, has invited both renowned Spanish and international chefs to discover Tenerife through its landscapes, producers, Atlantic pantry staples, and gastronomic identity.
