What is the minimum time period to make a reservation?
We recommend that you start the booking process 6 to 12 months in advance to ensure the availability of spaces and services. The final number of guests must be confirmed at least one month before the wedding.
What catering options do you offer and can we do a tasting before the wedding?
We offer a gourmet culinary experience with menus adapted to your tastes and needs. Depending on the bridal package you choose, it is possible to design a personalized menu that surprises your guests.
Do you have wedding planners at the hotel?
Yes! We have a team of expert wedding planners who will accompany you in every detail, making sure that your wedding is everything you dream of and more. From the initial planning to the big day, you'll be in good hands.
What spaces do you have available for the ceremony and reception?
At the Royal Hideaway Playacar, we have a white sand beach, perfect for ceremonies in front of the sea. We offer terraces, such as Terraza del Deck and Terraza de Spices, which are ideal for outdoor receptions. Gardens and relaxation areas of the SPA, for celebrations with a unique touch. The spa pool, an exclusive location with a capacity for up to 180 people. The main floor lobby is elegant and adaptable for intimate ceremonies or banquets.
What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?
On the beach, we can host up to 200 guests. Indoor spaces and terraces: ideal for more intimate events, with a capacity of up to 50 people depending on the set-up.
Important note: For events on the beach or open areas with more than 100 guests, it will be necessary to rent a tent.
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
We have an in-house vendor who will provide you with packages and prices during planning. If you prefer to bring your own photographer or videographer, you will need to cover a third-party vendor fee of $1,000 USD.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
No, the hotel is exclusively for adults (+18 years)
Are there spaces or private rooms for the bride/groom/those to be wed to get ready in?
Yes, but only if you contract the Royal Gold Package, which includes access to a dressing room/bridal suite for the preparation of the bride and groom.
