    “Great hotel”

    Cant fault it, we stayed here two years ago and on our return there was renovation work going on, this didn't affect our stay. What has been done so far looks amazing so will return next year to experience it once all the work has finished as I'm sure it'll be even better.

    “What a letdown”

    I understand the hotel is undergoing renervations but that is no excuse for being understaffed and poorly managed with nobody giving us information on a day to day basis as to which areas will be affected on that day not as much as a notice on the wall. As for hygiene and basic cleanliness very very poor along with the food and entertainment.

    “Autumn break”

    My partner and I had a great time the hotel is beautiful, painted in pastel shades, the 3 pools are good sized with new high quality sunbeds, our room 321 was good size with great views of the sea from the balcony everywhere was kept clean breakfast was great especially the freshly made omlette, the pool snack bar which was great sadly closed halfway through our stay but the transfer to a different area was done with a minimum amount of disruption to guests as are the rest of the renovations the staff are helpful and friendly particular Xiomara in the bar a d guy in reception the entertainment was what it is lots of different nationalities but everyone treated the same lovely place which will be amazing when the renovations are complete

    “my stay at Isora Hotel”

    I was very satsfied with the hotel and its pools.. I only expected that the beach Arena is larger and not covered with volcanic black sand.. Some years ago I spend two weeks near Playa Cristianos . .. .

    “Relaxing holiday”

    Very nice hotel when it has finished its referb, which was going on when we were there.but the work there doing did not really effect us to much. Would return if wanted a nice chilled break.staff were very helpful to most questions I asked..
