    “Many disappointments..”

    Visited this hotel with my family 10.01-17.01 with all inclusive package. I work as a travel agent so I tend to do my homework about room types. We chose barcy family apartment as it should have more amenities and should be better than regular apartment. When we walked into our apartment, we were disappointed. This apartment should have: minibar, microwave, bathrobes and slippers, toys for kid (IKEA table, rug and so on ..) We had no such things, we only had three bottles of water in the fridge. We wanted to change our room and also talked to the on sight representative about it. Hotel told us all week that they were full. On the fourth day I guess I went to ask, why the pictures are not like our room.. Were are all the amenities? Afterwards we got the IKEA table, rug, toys, drawing board, microwave, bathrobe for the baby but no bathrobes for adults. Also we waited our daily bottle of water and all the workers told us that our room does not get free water. Today (19.01) they brought us 4 bottles because I told them that their website says so. On the last day!! I had to go to the reception like 15 times on different occasions (room cards did not work 5 or 6 times, no hot water and so on..) Food was OK, can not cook meat though.. Nice is that you can pour yourself wine from the bottle, coffee machines in the restaurant, fresh juice and smoothies and soft ice cream. Fresh vegetables and fruits are really nice. Restaurant is so crowded during dinner... Interior is not my cup of tea.. Trying to be young and colorful but in my opinion it is really weird. One heated pool but the furthest pool from family apartments, why? Kids pool was icy cold.. So many small disappointments. Probably would not recommend to my clients which is a shame, it has potential. Direct bus goes to Costa Adeje in front of the hotel,nr 477 or 473. Car rental behind the hotel and you also can buy Lori Parque tickets there. Many nice places to walk, nice scenery.

    “Escaping the Christmas madness”

    Had a fantastic time at Tenerife staying here early to mid December 2019. Was to escape from the craziness at home. Such a relaxing holiday and a beautiful hotel with easy access to many different parts of the island via bus. The only thing that bugged us a little was being told when we had to have dinner although it was clear why....the restaurant is not that big. Didn't take anything away from the holiday was very relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. Needed break.

    “New year break”

    This hotel is hit and miss! We booked it as a 4* but were emailed a while later to say it had been downgraded to 3* which, I feel, is a fair rating. We arrived late in the evening and were told we couldn’t go into the restaurant at that point, however, they did open the restaurant back up at 11pm for us and a few other guests who had arrived late. Pool snack bar was self serve for food and drinks for AI guests which was ok as snack bars go, the usual burgers, hot dogs, chips with the obligatory salad as a healthy option. The bugbear for us during this holiday was the restaurant. When you check in the hotel give you a designated slot for dinner in the restaurant. Ours was between 6.30 and 7.30. We didn’t particularly like being told when we could go for dinner! The restaurant itself was too small for the amount of guests at the hotel so consequently was always full. It definitely needs extending as it is the smallest restaurant we have ever been in. The food itself was ok. Not an extensive selection but you shouldn’t go hungry. Due to the restaurant issues we ate out some nights. There is a lovely Italian restaurant opposite and if you turn right at the hotel entrance there is a sports bar called Flintstones 2 mins down the road and another sports bar called Legends about a 5 to 10 min walk away. Overall a good break but will not be returning.

    “Rubbish hotel”

    Allegro Isora Hotel was very disappointing. It was overcrowded & noisy. The decor is over bright with tacky plastic seating everywhere, the dining area is like a canteen, the bar does not have comfortable seating where you can relax with a drink & generally everything was poor quality

    “Great hotel shame about dated dirty rooms”

    Very nice area of tenerife but quieter than other areas which we liked. Some great walks around the area and local villages, fantastic beach 5 mins away and a gorgeous little bar over the road to watch the sunset. Our room was very tired & run down with brown bath, cobwebs, hair, cupboard doors falling off, worn travel cots, broken dining chair and sunken sofa bed, we asked to change immediately but they had nothing & to ask again next day which we didnt as i have 2 small babies & most of theirs things were un packed, I cleaned the room up myself. They sent a cleaner back in but she juat mopped the floor. The hotel itself however we really enjoyed great staff, facilities, entertainment & food. Would recommended based on these aspects to families who would enjoy a lively hotel.
