    “A mess”

    What what a mess!! Food cold no label's couldn't eat some nights. Restaurant closed due to refurbishment wasn't told. Kids club closed all of our holiday. Food was taken down with trolleys passed our bedroom at 6 every morning! Od bed sitting outside on the corridors all of our holiday. Middle pool had no sun beds due to more tables for meal times they where empty all the time so no need for them. Pool area not cleaned enough empty cups ect left tell next morning, no bins emptied. Not enough staff around ! This hotel needs a big improvement before I would ever return....food was the worst I had ever had

    “Faulty towers”

    I visited this hotel last year and thoroughly enjoyed it this year however it seemed dirty in comunal areas ie stairs around the pool , and the pool toilets stank like a sewer! The entertainment room was difficult to see the shows as there’s huge pillars in the way !

    “Enjoyed it”

    The staff all is very helpful. Supermarket is around the corner. Short walk to the beach and shops. The bus stop is outside if you want to go anywhere. Close the the beach, the ocean is just across the road. Kids loved it!

    “Avoid at all costs”

    The restaurant was closed down for a major refurishment and relocated at the poolside. The poolside bar was being used as the serving area and is too small to cater for the amount of people. The food was cold due to it being cooked and transported from the original kitchen to the poolside bar by trolleys. The selection of the food was reduced to accommodate serving from a smaller area. Food was and drink was constantly running out and either not available to be refilled or refilled in stages. The new seating area around the poolside is open to flies, birds swooping down and cats and being non smokers found it offensive to eat the food with smokers on the neighboring tables. There was no communication from the Management to guests about the planned work in the restaurant and had to guess the situation. On a plus the staff at reception was very professional dealing with peoples complaints and the waiting staff at the new pool side dining area were very helpful considering the circumstances they were expected to work in. Rosa was especially helpful going beyond and above to ensure you were catered for, Due to a number of guests complaining they were upgraded to the gold priority band which caused lots of people jumping ahead of you to be served. The all inclusive status was then downgraded to second rate guests. The in-house entertainment team are very good and enthusiastic to ensure you had numerous things you could take part in or sit back and enjoy. There was also outside acts including bands, magician etc. The main entertainment room needs a re-vamp because there are thick pillars in the middle of the room which stops you seeing the stage if seated in certain parts and when people stand at the bar again stops the vision of the stage. Avoid going to this hotel until you have guarantees that all the building work has been completed.

    “Late holiday”

    A chilling trip for harassed older couple . Hotel was large but not impersonal. Food was varied and well presented. Only glitch was coffee machines which broke or ran out of milk frequently. Rest of stay was brilliant
