    “Spectacular Service”

    Stayed for 7 days for our Daughter’s Wedding! Could not have had a better time! Njurely handled everything perfectly, every detail was spot on! Sandra and Elizangela At Royal concierge were Top Notch! Answered questions before they were asked and made sure we had anything and everything we needed. Service at the Palm from Renato was fabulous, very fast and friendly and kept us laughing!! Jameer, Armando & Rafael were all amazing bartenders both their speed of service and attention to detail are unmatched!! Amazing time and service all around!

    “Wish is could rate excellent but have to be honest.”

    We looked at resort website to find room and even called resort to make sure about specific room. Deluxe ocean view with inside hot tub as their website showed, between 2 and 6 floor. Upon arrival our room was ground floor with hot tub on terrace. Front desk said room we reserved does not exist there even though website says and even shows pics of room. Public walkway is right off terrace so everyone walking by can see inside room. Opened leftover cheese was left in fridge so was not cleaned. 2nd day bathroom flooded with backup coming toilet and shower. Took 3 calls and 3 hrs before it was fixed. Last day ceiling leaked from AC, a lot of water on floor. Again 3 people told but still nothing done before we left resort. Food was decent but nothing special. After all this said it is a beautiful resort and staff is friendly. Pictures show view from terrace, definitely not "deluxe ocean view" can't even see ocean.

    “The Barcelo Experience”

    I was a little disappointed in the all inclusive here. I have stayed in other resorts that were all inclusive and had more activities and other incidentals included such as beach activities- paddle board, etc and wifi/internet. Housekeeping did not restock the refrigerator with the water and coca cola so I had to call. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and the hotel was very pretty. I felt that the service could improve which is a shame as I really loved the location and resort. I would like to go back but this time try the premium level. I went through a travel agent and did not know about this level. If you are going I would highly recommend looking into this. Aruba is gorgeous, beaches are gorgeous and the hotel is beautiful. The evening entertainment was great.

    “A++++”

    The Royal Level is worth the expense. Even the standard package would have been amazing. My wife and I spent our belated Honeymoon and my birthday there last week and it was truly spectacular. First the staff - Top Notch!!! From Check in to wait staff and to my favorite two men on the property Jermain and Santiago in the Royal Level Beach Bar. If I had 3 thumbs, I'd give them 3 thumbs up. George, Jaime and the great staff up at the Royal Level Restaurant. Claudia in the room did a maticulous job in keeping our house in order and spot on. I can't remember everyone's name, but that does not diminish the importance they meant to my wife and I. Beach outstanding, great folks next door helped me out with a great scuba experience. Great location, great food in many on site locations from buffet to filet mignon. Best vacation I have had and we will be back.

    “Our Aruba Stay”

    The Barcelo was great. We did not go all inclusive, but used 1st club amenities other than food and alcohol. The staff was great and helped out in any way that they could. People would love to stay here for a vacation.
