    “Barcelo was the best and safest resort I ever stayed in One Happy Island”

    The safest place I have ever been too. Everything was amazing I haven't been back home not even a week and already I am looking to book again for next year. All the workers were wonderful Michael at the swim up bar was great Lionel Richie always smelled good and very friendly the only thing I would say is the lunch and supper at the buffets was not as great as other resorts I stayed at but the breakfast was wonderful and I must add that lunch and dinner Will Not Keep Me From Coming Back to Barceló resort the restaurants seafood Chinese restaurant was great I would recommend anyone to explore Barceló very convenient location the Casino is an added bonus

    “WE LOVE "Barcelo Aruba"”

    We loved the resort and staff. We were looking forward to this vacation all year long! And loved everything about it. Barcelo has the best location and very nice and safe nightlife nearby. We want to thank the memorable staffing , Veronica our concierge. The entire staff at the Royal Level restaurant always attentive and making every experience a memorable one Captain George ,Joyce ,Karina ,Harold and Ederlina we love you!! Bellman Kevin , Bartenders Santiago, Michael and Steven and Managers Jane and Eugene thank you for everything guys.. See you very soon!!

    “One happy Island”

    My husband and I were there attending a wedding on the beach. Our 4 days were excellent. There are many restaurants to choose from and the buffets have plenty of food options. Our room was clean and everyday they came to bring you fresh towels and tidy up. The front desk girls were pleasant and our check in and check out were quick. I highly recommend this hotel for your All-Inclusive

    “Vacation”

    I must say that all the people at Barcelo who work there are hard workers. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy comfortable. George Luis is one of them, he has always been so helpful to us. Also the managers Eugene & Jane are also great to ask questions & get the answers you need to know. Can't wait until we are back in Aruba again soon.

    “Not what I expected”

    2pm on a Monday and they had no pool towels and had to wait for 2hrs plus for towels.The pool view rooms are an upgrade compared to deluxe ocean view.Pool isn't as big as it looks in the pics Nice beach Bottle of merlot in the room upon arrival Walking distance to many restaurants & bars. We ate out 4 out of 5 nights due to lack of variety and flavor of food. Potatoes with bacon every morning, not everyone eats bacon. Not many veggie options & same food everydayCooks used the same tong to pick up veggies & meats & cheese for omelet Loud noise early morning Saturday for a few hours which was annoying In the evening you can hear the music from near by clubs in the room/balcony The bars need more staff. We were waiting for drinks for way too long. Tower 1 rooms have better rooms compared to Tower 2. The buffet restaurant staff complains if you go for lunch after swimming and are wet. We had to hear them tell us how a staff was hurt. Smart thing to do would be to have wet floor signs like other resorts. Can't walk in the hotel with a bathing suit. The do not have room service for breakfast. You have to pay for room service for lunch/dinner/snack. We couldn't use the safe the first night because the people prior didn't open it properly. We called front desk the next morning & no one ever came to reset it. We called guest service later in the evening & they came 20mins after to reset.
