    “right in the city”

    easy location. it has a McDonalds and a large shopping mall just next door. the McDonalds architecture is also very unique. worth a visit as it incorporate the Morocco's style. As for the large shopping mall next door, it is just another mall but getting there can be challenging as the cars, beggers, street vendors will swamp you. the hotel rooms is small and the 2 lifts are even smaller. we used the stairs all the time we were there as the porters used the lifts to upload luggages. breakfast spread is good and the queue for cooked eggs is long on both mornings we were there.

    “Disappointing”

    This hotel is in need of an upgrade in many areas. The main carpet in the lobby is grossly stained and ripped. It would be a relatively small expense to have it replaced, yet it would make a big difference. Little things were unfortunate, such as being given only one very small bottle of water in the room and only given on first day of a multi-day stay - in a country in which one cannot safely drink the tap water. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful, though. Hotel did put effort into the presentation of the food for our dinner buffet and we enjoyed it, but we were most disappointed with the breakfast buffet the next morning. The staff who tended it worked hard, but since there were too few of them, tables were not cleaned and food was not replenished in a timely manner at all. We just couldn’t wait the length of time it took to get certain foods we wanted and absolutely could not wait in the over 20 minute line up for the single chef to create a personal omelette. Lovely offering, these omelettes, but few could wait to order one. This hotel rates just three stars and we’re sure better accommodations can be found for the price.

Please note that some upgrading has already started in our hotel, for example the carpet in the lobby has been changed today and we scheduled it before and now it is replaced, and regarding the water in the room it is complimentary for all guests upon arrival and we do have room service 24h/7days at the service of our guests if they have any demand for food and beverage, We regret your disappointment with our breakfast buffet as we strive to ensure a wide array of options for both guests with sweet tooth and those looking for healthy options to kickstart the day; therefore, we always ensure a variety of hot and cold, sweet and salty options as well as fresh fruits, different kinds of cereals and yogurts. With regard to the number of staff members for the service, we are pleased to inform you that these ratios were calculated using studies based on our occupancy, average stay, rates and other data. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration.     “Good location, nice rooms”

    The rooms are clean and of a decent size. Beds are a bit hard, but work. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of foods, juices, etc., with an omelette chef. The front desk and bar personnel are very nice and helpful. The hotel is located on the main drag in Fes and is very close to numerous cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. I’d give it a 4 star European rating.

    “Great location; inconsistent service ”

    Choose this hotel if you like modern facilities in a great location in the new part of Fez - great for going out at night. The front desk is very responsive- I know this because I had a number of problems when I first checked in - broken toilet, dirty sheets, etc. The rooms need a renovation in general. Breakfast buffet was expansive - something for everyone (unless you like good coffee - bring your own!). They have a lobby bar - great for stopping before going out to eat - few places in fez serve alcohol.

    “Great location, good hotel.”

    This hotel has a new, modern feel to it, with a smart lobby and a good restaurant. The breakfast buffet is skimpy it that is about the only knock on an otherwise fine hotel. Even the street side rooms are quiet on the upper floors.

    “Good location, nice rooms”
