Located in the Barceló Maya Caribe, La Fuente offers an authentic Spanish dining experience in a typical Mallorcan setting. This restaurant was renamed after the beautiful fountains that decorate it, which gives the place an European touch. With menu that celebrates the flavours of Spain, the restaurant's romantic atmosphere combines perfectly with its rustic style. Most of the products are imported from Spain to add extra quality and authenticity to a culinary offer that offers the most typical dishes of Spain.

The restaurant, located next to the lobby of the Barceló Maya Caribe, offers a unique dining experience with ample access for guests in wheelchairs and a menu available in five languages in addition to Spanish. Overlooking the Maya Mall and the Caribe buffet, the restaurants offers a romantic and cosy atmosphere, standing out with its soft lighting and wooden furniture.
The paintings of Fabian Pérez, inspired by flamenco dancers, decorate La Fuente's walls. Among the most popular dishes, guests will find Serrano ham croquettes and beef sirloin with Serrano ham in blue cheese sauce or the famous dessert crema Catalana. Its staff offers personalised service, starting from the door, with special attention to guests' dietary preferences and restrictions. A quartet plays live on Wednesday and Saturday nights.
