The Spa at Barceló Tambor - All Inclusive, located among the hotel's gardens, offers a relaxing environment surrounded by nature that invites guests to disconnect and focus on personal wellbeing. The hotel offers its guests a wide range of massages, facials, and body treatments, as well as manicure and pedicure services, ensuring that each guest feels refreshed on the outside and deeply revitalised on the inside.

Treatments include relaxing, therapeutic and deep-tissue massages, aromatherapy, exfoliations, body wraps and facial treatments. Special programmes such as Peace, Strength, Healing, Romance, Rejuvenation and Harmony are also offered, which combine sauna, massages, facials and exfoliations, with options for individuals or couples.

The Barceló Tambor - All Inclusive hotel offers its guests a fully equipped gym for those who wish to continue their training routine during their holidays in Costa Rica.

Within the spa facilities, the gym is open from 05:00 to 00:00 and features a multifunctional machine, treadmill, exercise bikes, dumbbells, mats, rubber bands, and therapeutic balls. In addition, it offers showers and lockers, as well as water, facial towels, and disinfection material, which are always available.

Access is allowed to guests over 16 years of age who comply with the rules of dress and order. It hasn't got specialized staff, so each guest must perform their own routine.
