    “My Holiday”

    We like some of the changes that have been made, like the location of the evening entertainment in the piano bar., but i don't like queuing for 10 minutes every time i want a drink, even for a soft drink at the pool bar.

    “A Holiday”

    Good variety of food available during meals which was quite good. some of the staff where friendly with a smile and some had no smile and you could see their fatigue and that they did not want to be there to serve you, no smile and no emotion. A nice touch is to have fresh made crepes in the morning however the chef in charge of making them did not seem very motivated and had no smile. I reckon that a smile is is important as it conveys a great deal to a guest. I would further suggest to cook the crepes on BOTH sides... and cook them slightly more. Talking about our room we found it to be quite nice although the mattress was not very comfortable and two single beds where joined with a thin covering mattress that was actually dirty when we looked at it one day. Amenities in the bathroom where never replenished throughout our one week stay at the hotel. Otherwise the hotel has quite a nice property with a lot of green with both a choice of heated and non heated pools.

    “Great hotel”

    This is a great hotel. Clean & tidy and kept to a high standard. The staff are all really friendly & couldn't do enough for you. The food is good but except it to be similar but there is good selection of restaurants a short taxi ride for a change of scenery. In the day there is good range of entertainment and staff are great. Expect at least an hour & half transfer from the airport.

    “Stayed Here”

    Great hotel, excellent good sized room, balcony with see view. A couple of pools with plenty of loungers, although sometimes a little cramped and some of the tiles needed attention. Food was generally good but as a vegetarian I would have liked better labelling as at times unsure what was what. Wife really enjoyed her food with good choice and themed nights, Mexican, Japanese and even kebab one night. The waiting staff worked really hard clearing tables and getting tables ready for next person. Entertainment was generally good, but I found the animation team a little full on and occasionally over powered the artist on stage, maybe just my opinion. The bar staff was also really good and after only a short time knew what you wanted and no need to ask, oh and the champagne which you could help yourself to went down well with the wife when queue was a bit big.

    “One week”

    Staff were nice and helpful. The hotels location is far from anywhere if you're looking for a bit of shopping or food variety you're out of luck. Close to the beach which is amazing. Swimming pools were amazing but the heated pool was dirty from too many kids frequenting it.
