    “Good service for coeliacs”

    When the dining room staff found out my wife was coeliac they went out of their way to make her stay perfect. They supplied cereal, bread, cakes, ice cream. They also asked for an order at breakfast for each night and served it straight from the kitchen. She was so pleased it made her holiday perfect.

    “remote and a lack of facilities”

    this hotel was 4 star and now taken over is more like a 3 star. very noisy at all times of day and night. calms around 12pm until clubbers come back. restaurant average and staff are miserable in there.

    “Fantastic location and accommodation but poor food”

    I stayed here for 1 week on a university visit to Tenerife, as such only mornings and evenings were spent at the hotel. Overall it was good, room cleanliness and size were fantastic with the balcony, TV and kitchen as a good bonus for all inclusive. The pools were reasonable though i personally don't like the salt water, gym etc. Was also good. However, food let it down a lot which i why I've left it at average, some of the options causes me to feel a bit ill and hygiene didn't seem great at some times (especially with the pool bar). I'd recommend going half/self catered and upgrading later if the food appeals to you as the surrounding area is cheap for food and drink and is better quality imo.

First and foremost we are deeply sorry to hear that you felt poorly during your stay and not being immediately informed as we would have called a doctor for a check up, however we would like to take the opportunity to point out that our hotel, like all the hotels of our chain, undergoes regular independent audits sent both by the company and the tour operators we collaborate with to ensure our strict food safety management procedures, imposed on a global level by the company, are being followed and respected at all times; under no circumstances would we put our guests health at risk, their safety being of course our main concern, we can only assume that you may have consumed someting outside the hotel during your stay or on your way to Tenerife and sincerely hope that you are totally recovered as we speak. Also I would like to take the opportunity to point out that our Executive Chefs follow a menu rotation including a wide array of both local and international delicacies to cater for all diet requirements and please the most demanding palates, this is why we are sorry to read that we were not able to conquer yours and will make sure to discuss your critics with our team. On the other hand, we are also very pleased to read your complete satisfaction with the comfort of the room we accommodated you in and are grateful for your highlight on the beauty of our accommodations aimed at guaranteeing a memorable stay in our hotel.     “Good location and great staff”

    Really friendly staff. Good hotel , comfy beds and rooms. Buffet Food is ok but restaurant food is much better. The apartments are an ideal size but could do with improved cleanliness as cleaners don't have long enough. Nice that the beds are made daily. Do need cleaning products for dishes. And coffee as none supplied in room. However there are shops in short walking distance.

    “Not for me”

    the poor standard for the price we paid. the hotel needed to be refurbished and cleaned up and pool areas needed to be refurbished and the pools must be painted. playground need and are cleaned and made at. can not say that the hotel is recommended for families with children. the food was good and giant trevlig.personal in the restaurant. rooms needed equipped with more things in the kitchen too. We also had several kakelakor the room. who said much needed repaired and cleaned up
