    “Average hotel but with a great beach”

    If you only care about the beach, this hotel will be perfect for you: for a cheap price you will have a lot of beach space and minor waves that allow you to swim easily. The rooms had several issues: (i) the TV frozed due to an electrical problem, so maintainance had to go to our rooms to fix it several times (ii) the air conditioning threw a sewage smell into the bedroom each time the shower or the toillet were used; (iii) there were several uncleaned items when we arrived (room service menu, remote, telephone, shower glass). The food in all restaurants had a low cost cafeteria level: we did not get sick but it did not taste good. It seemed they were trying to have variety but forgot about food quality and flavour. Drinks were average: they did the trick but were not great. Pools had a good size but they did not seem to be cleaned as regularly as needed. The pool with the swim up bar was always dirty. The second pool was much nicer and clean. Service was erratic: very good at times and borderline rude at others. Our worst experience was a check-out, as they tried to charge us for a late check-out that we had already paid.

We do apologize for the technical and housekeeper problems that you encountered in your room, there are absolutely no excuses for details to be overlooked as all rooms should be thoroughly checked on a daily basis, we will make sure that the procedure is being reinforced.     “A bit disappointed”

    Most of the staff seemed annoyed when spoken to or if a request was made. The pool bar bartenders were tremendous. Beautiful property but we vacation every year and have experienced far better. Would not return to this resort because of the staff attitude overall.

    “horrible!”

    The outside area was beautiful but the food and staff, particularly the women, was horrible. Could not get help with anything, unless trying to sell you something the majority of staff would not answer and walk away or claim to not understand English and walk away.

    It was fun had a good time an was able to relax. The food was good. They need a little help with the alcohol drink they over did it. Love the pinata colada. And the saxophone player by the bar every night

    “Punta Cana Vacations”

    Awesome!! Everything was incredible! My family loved it!! The pools were amazing and we had a lot of fun! The beds were super comfy to sleep. The TV was nice.The foods were so yummy. We had an awesome time!

    “horrible!”
