    “Food was awful!”

    The grounds are beautiful, but the food is just disgusting. No better than dorm food in college, trust me I remember! The food in the restaurants was no better than the buffet. Japanese was ok. All others terrible. Alcohol not good either. Soda was always flat in my drinks. I got sick two days in because I was not eating properly. Pounding headache, body aches, stuffy runny nose that lasted three days! This place would’ve been fine if the food was better. Very disappointed. The WiFi was also ridiculous, it logs you out every single time you stop using your phone, and you have re-log in with the code every single time.

    “Terrible food and drinks”

    Food and drinks were so bad we had to search constantly for something remotely fresh. There was no indulging....spent more time in the bathroom than on the beach. Drinks were not worth it they were so awful....did not drink during the whole stay. Staff was rude and WiFi was ridiculous. The whole place felt like no one wanted to be there.

    “Excellent”

    Liked very much. I could repeat the trip. Cozy ambient. Should consider including wi fi in packages. In gift shop personal try to trick with value of US money. Rooms need remodeling. The sound at the teatro was not so good

    “Beautiful place. Staff with bad attitude”

    They need air conditioning at the reception and the restaurant is too hot and it was unpleasant to travel to wait in a crowded place and heated in the same way is the buffet restaurant. The employees have a bad attitude, they don't say hello, they don't smile, I'm on vacation and I hope the atmosphere is pleasant. And my bathtub was stuck, I think they are too old.

    “Great value for the money”

    You get a beautiful location and a very competitive price. If you are not a food gourmand and ok with below average service and friendliness this is a good place to come to. I think staff is overworked and underpaid which probably translates to attitude towards guests.
