    “I reserved because was Barceló but was a Big Mistake ”

    I was in the hotel from April 20 to April 29 Barceló Itinerary # 7394130870298 The staff in the front desk was very nice, the bartender in the bar first floor was very very professional. 1) I tried to turn on the air conditioner but not work at all. 2) The breakfast was expensive and unprofessional, just good coffee the rest horrible. 3) We was on Venezia on Tuesday 23, when come back we don’t had water in the room, from 9pm to the next day at 9am... 🙁 4) They have a transportation to Plaza Venezia until 9pm, on Saturday 27 we was waiting from 8pm to 9:30 pm and never arrived, when called to the hotel they answer “take a taxi” 🙁 is not our responsibility your transportation Sincerely I will never come back to Occidental Aran Park, they ruined my first time in Rome.

In reference to the first point, we would like to explain that we have a central air conditioning system. It emits cold air during the summer season and warm air in winter and autumn. Unfortunately this year has not yet started the hot season infact, we are having fresh days in Rome. For this reason we prefer not to turn on the cold air, otherwise the rooms would be too cold for our guests. We regret your disappointment with our breakfast buffet as we strive to ensure a wide array of options for both guests with sweet tooth and those looking for healthy options to kickstart the day; therefore, we always ensure a variety of hot and cold, sweet and salty options. In the cold buffet we have, fresh fruit, butter and margarine, triangle cheese, home made yogurt, wite yogurt in jars and the fruit one, many types of cheese, many types of salami, cucumber and tomato. The hot buffet is composed by sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, boiled eggs, frankfurter, steamed vegetables, beans in sauce, grilled tomatoes and bacon. For the sweet buffet we have home made pastry, tarts, typical sweets, vegan biscuits, muffin, pancakes, croissants, nutella, honey and three types of jame. There are six types of bread rolls and two types of bread. Two types of toast bread. Celiac produts. Different types of aromatic oils, soy milk and low-fat milk. There are three tastes of tea, a coffe machine and upon request we can made for free, omelette, fresh orange juice, caffe, cappuccino etc. from our bar. We are sorry if only the coffee was at your liking and if breakfast seemed expensive to you. Please rest assured we have taken good note of your remarks related to the breakfast prices and sincerely regret your dissatisfaction, mostly beacuse we always strive to give the best value to our guests studying the prices in accordance with hotels of the same category in our area. About the malfunction of hot water unfortunately day 27 we had problems with a boiler tube that was promptly replaced. Unfortunately, it took a few hours warm up again, as the boileir contais all the water of all the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. For the shuttle bus from Piazza Venezia to the hotel, it is always on time. We are sorry and we'll talk to the managers in order to avoid a future situation as this one. We lament hearing that the service provided at reception fell short of your expectations as the entire team put a lot of effort to maintain the highest standards of service for our guests and in this case we can read they did not performing as usual. We sincerely lament reading that your stay was not as pleasant as it should have been and we would be very pleased to welcome you again in the future ensuring you in advance of our utmost commitment to make your next Barceló holiday experience an unforgettable one for all the right reasons.     “Segregation exists”

    The hotel is in the residential area, actually middle of nowhere. Rooms are very small.The staff is not friendly at all. They just don't care whether you stay or not. Breakfast is horrible there were not enough items and all the trays and containers almost empty nobody care to refill those, Breakfast hall is virtually divided into 4 section. Man in charge sits people according their race. South Asians are in one corner, South East Asians are in another corner. Two sections are for Europeans. If you are from Asia you are not allowed to sit in the European corner. I attached photos in this regard.

    “Good and very convenient business trip hoteltel”

    The hotel is located not far from EUR / some major companies in Rome, so very convenient for business trips. The staff is super kind and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is not wow but has a lot of variety! I stay there every time I go to Rome for work.

    “New year break ”

    The hotel was ok and staff pleasant the breakfast was very hot .I booked a junior suite and personally don't think it was worth the money .There was no coffee to go with the kettle and cups provided and the shower was shocking to say the least. The bedding was of basic quality . Wouldn't book in this hotel again .
