    “Nice hotel, easy access to Rome”

    Stayed with family, free upgrade to exec suites (it was August so not many execs in town. Good rooms and great beds. Balcony. Breakfast was good, and there is a frequent shuttle into Rome. Free parking also available

    If you're looking for an affordable and nice place look no more. This place has great staff that are multi-lingual and friendly. Their breakfast is the best I ever had it has a little of everything. We were very happy to have chosen this place to stay.

    “Don't Stay At This Hotel. It is not worth it.”

    I stayed at Aran Park with my friend in July 2018. And we had problems from the very beginning. I originally booked the hotel on Delta Vacations. The website stated they had airport transfer service, and I had to email twice and call before I get anyone to contact me back about setting it up. I finally revived an email stating everything was set. When I arrived a gentleman was waiting in the airport with my name, he then preceded to have us walk almost a mile around the airport lugging heavy bags to reach the parking lot to which he didn't help at all. Then when we arrived at the hotel he advised us we owe him money, I was shocked because I never made aware of any charge for the service (esp since the hotel has vans). Then when checking in the front desk advised me I hadn't paid and needed to pay for the stay. At which time I advised I had paid months ago through Delta and she proceeded to argue with me at the desk about the hotel not having a contract or partnership with Delta so I couldn't have paid. After arguing with her about 20 minutes, I called Delta and they advised the payment had been sent and they had to argue with the desk for another 30-40 minutes. The issue was finally resolved and I was upset and requested the manager. So, the supervisor comes over and ends of telling me that they always have this issue with Delta payments. Really?! Didn't the front desk just tell me you have no contract or partnership with Delta? And if you always have this issue, not not call them from the beginning instead of insisting I didn't pay? Also, I had issue with housekeeping coming and not actually cleaning the room. They came remained the same dirty beds and left towels. Didn't clean the shower or floors. And the bathroom did not have a shower curtain, so we had ti buy one ro keep the floor from turning into a pool. The WiFi was spotty and terrible and the front desk was not knowledgeable. Then the website lied about a pool and paying for a shower cap and towel. This wasn't even possible according to the front desk. It also far from anything, which wouldnt be terrible if the buses near the hotel were more reliable. Definitely do not recommend to anyone.

On our web page, after choosing the room, it is possible to add the transfer service, with all the prices indicated. We have an email from you asking for a transfer, with the date 5th of July at 1:44am and we confirmed the transfer the same day at 6:59am. About the issue you had during the check in, we are sorry for the wait and for the troubles you had. We want also to remark what the reception team explained: our hotel has no contract for pre-payment with Delta Vacation, infact on hotels-delta.com it is reported: "This hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking".We tried to help you asking to your agency the proof of the payment. We are sorry for the long wait but it was not fault of the hotel, as we had not notice from the agency about your payment.We have only few online agency from who we accept the pre-paymet. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the imperfections you describe in your review, all rooms reserved for new arrivals are per standard double checked by our head of housekeeping to ensure that everything is functional and spotless for our guests, clearly we were not performing to our usual standard. The access to our Wifi service may be slower during peak hours when many guests login to our network, nevertheless we will pass on your comments to our techincal department for revision and improvement. We have taken good note of your comments about the reception team and are truly sorry you did not feel attended enough, the team works daily to provide the best possible service to let our guests feel most valued and genuinely cared for.     “Lovely hotel”

    The rooms were clean and well appointed and the bar friendly. Lovely outside area for a hot evening. Dinner was well organized for groups and the food tasty, cafeteria style. Unfortunately there were several groups all leaving early and this created chaos at breakfast and in elevator capacity leaving. Also the person checking us in could only tell us he couldn't solve the problem and didn't seem interested in trying to find any solution. About 30 min to airport in cab, which they were happy to call for us.

    “To be avoided ”

    I spent four nights in this hotel while I was in Rome for a business trip and I decided not to stay here anymore These are the reasons why The have fake orange juice for breakfast and I believe that in Italy were we have great oranges this is not acceptable The room I had was small and not really comfortable bad ( too soft mattress and bad pillows) The shower was very bad A colleague of mine who was supposed to join me at midnight discovered that they overbooked and ha to find a new hotel in the middle of the night In the garden there was a very bad smell The hotel is in. The middle of nowhere I think this is enough
