    “Expected more.”

    We liked: - From 3 block picturesque sea view!  - Nice beach near the hotel with clear water. We didn’t notice any rubbish in the water. - The hotel has parking, but for about 15 cars. Note! Don’t park along the yellow line, police control it. Before the hotel there is a street where it’s allowed to leave a car for free as well. - There is a kitchen in the room but without dishes.  - Comfortable bed and pillows. Didn't like: - Poor and poor quality breakfast and dinner for a 4-star hotel. Had a health problem after it.  - Obligation to wear bracelets instead of automatic all processes. - The hotel is located far from shops, attractions. Without a car there will be boring enough.  - Hotel needs repair, especially in the bathroom and to change the furniture in the kitchen  - No sleepers in the room, where it’s really needed - The hotel doesn’t provide beach towels  - Terrible soundproof - There are no blankets in the room - In the restaurant not neat and clean

We have taken good note of your comments related to your stay and regret reading that our gastronomy couldn’t meet your expectations since our Executive Chefs thoroughly prepare for each service a wide array of local and international delicacies prepared from high quality ingredients to please all palates. Moreover we are sorry to hear that apparently you felt poorly during your stay and not being immediately informed as we would have been able to call a doctor for a check-up, although we would like to take the opportunity to clarify that our hotel is being audited regularly both by internal inspectors and external independent companies sent by the tour operators we collaborate with, to ensure that all HACCP are being respected at all times as under no circumstance would we put our guests’ health at risk by serving food in less than perfect conditions. We can only assume as you were on a half board basis that you may have consumed something outside the hotel that could have made you feel unwell. Furthermore, cleanliness is for Barcelo Hotel Group an aspect of utmost importance, this is why the restaurant is being checked constantly during all services, not only by the waiting staff and chefs but also by the management team to ensure that everything is up to standards at all times, it is then thoroughly cleaned after each service. Nevertheless, we strongly encourage you for future occasions to point out any imperfection immediately, the team will be grateful and swift in reacting accordingly. We also regret your disappointment with the lack of shops in the area around the hotel, for a future occasion we encourage you to visit our website where we display a thorough description of our installations and location or to call our call center from where our agents will be able to offer a personalized booking guidance to make sure that you book the hotel that best meets your holiday needs and wishes. On the other hand, we are pleased to see that our front beach location offering beautiful views on the Mediterranean from rooms and common areas was a positive aspect of your stay and that you appreciated the sleep quality since at Barcelo we are fully aware that this is paramount to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.     “Fabulous ”

    Had a short break here at the beginning of October. Hotel on the beach as you walk down a slope, to get on to it. The beach is safe and shared with other hotels, the water is calm with no current as we experienced. Highly recommended if you have youngsters. Hotel is big and in blocks, we had a room at the top of the complex but still recommend any room if this is the norm. Food is hit and miss !!! If it is not there ask as the staff will bring it out and refill everything. Always something to eat. Staff are brilliant and friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

    “Brilliant holiday”

    A lovely weeks holiday with family. The rooms were great, amazing sea views. Hotel well looked after including pool and bar areas. Meals were great, and bottles of wine and bottles of cruzcampo with your AI package was a nice surprise. The entertainment team are fantastic, we had some great laughs watching them and I don’t usually watch any of the entertainment on hols. Beautiful beach immediately outside the hotel. 20 min walk into magaluf if you want a change. We had a great time and will be back.

    My wife and I were given a gift for our anniversary of a one night stay in this wonderful hotel. We were greeted with a smile at reception and were offered a sea view room with a fully inclusive option, which we were happy to go for. The spa facilities are super and the food and service were great.

    “A great hotel”

    Pool water could do with being warmer. Quite bad smell from the lift to block 3 across the flat roof. Reception staff very helpful .jacuzzi was also to cold. Sun was a bit slow in showing its self round the pool area.
