    “Enjoyed our stay”

    This hotel is lovely plenty of food and drink location great not far from the beach used free bus. Pools are lovely. Entertaining not bad. Some staff are lovely and others need a personality especially those on reception. Rooms need updating but great size for families. We had trouble spending our voucher during the stay not told about benefits. Manager sorted out our issue and we had a lovely complimentary meal.

    “Strange one”

    Well where do I begin, how about arrival when we arrived at the hotel we were dropped off at reception 11pm at night where we were told we are not at this part of the hotel we are at the other side so we dragged our baggage and 3 very tired children round to the other side. And faced with a receptionist who quite frankly is rude! My 6yr old son has more manors in his toe than that man has in his whole body. After a cold reception we got to our rooms which were quite dated nice and clean but need modernising. Food is okay drink is on tap self service, but manors from most staff is limited to a handful. We were constantly informed we are not gold banded guest and god did we know it. Restrictions galore occidental margarita is a lovely hotel but most staff need training we paid a lot of money to stay at the hotel I say 4* yes but staff 2* at a push. Entertainment team (nice) management (nice) Most bar staff (nice) reception staff (not good at all), female lifeguard very rude....... light chit chat how’s your holiday going etc goes far!!!

    “A fabulous Hotel”

    A fantastic holiday hotel was lovely and clean, the grounds were immaculate. The food was very delicious, so many different choices of food you will never get bored of. The entertainment staff were all very happy and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. All staff members worked so very hard and were always very helpful if you every needed anything. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and a massive thank you to everyone that works at Occidental Margaritas. :)

    “Couple getaway and very relaxing holiday”

    Brilliant hotel and staff were very friendly and attentive. Catered for all needs and there was little requirement apart from sight seeing to leave the hotel. Third time in Gran Canaria and was the best hotel yet.

    “Could be better”

    Medium hotel. We will not be back there. It's a shame because we were in Barcelo in other countries and amazing memories. Well, such a life ...Ale i tak nie było najgorzej, wszystko zależy od ludzi, tu coś nie zagrało.
