    “Disappointed”

    Since our last visit in January we have found that this hotel has Since our last visit in January we were very disappointed in many aspects, including many young families in the restaurant in the evenings which was not relaxing to dine, no wine waiter any more, the evening entertainment poor especially with kids on the stage up to 21.00 hours. Do not think we will return.

    “Not a 4* Hotel”

    The hotel has two buildings one old and one new, on arrival we got sent to the older building which was very run down and air con wasnt working. We went back to reception to complain about room and also mentioned that it looked nothing like the photos we seen when booking and had asked for a room within the main building, the staff were understanding and kindly moved us room. The 2nd room in the main building was still needing work done, however we settled as it was much better than the first. The buffet restaurant didnt offer a great variety of food and most days it was the same options for both lunch and dinner. I wouldnt reccomend this hotel to anyone, however especially not people revelling with children as I think children would struggle to find something to eat. In terms of the entertainment it wasnt great either, there wasnt any variety every night it was singers playing and they performed outside where there wasnt enough space for everyone to sit and watch them perform. The overall vibe of the hotel was quite dull. The hotel isnt positioned great as its around a 30 min walk to restaurants or shops. I wouldnt return to this hotel.

    “Lone traveller couldn't have asked for more”

    I booked this hotel by reading the reviews and was not dissapointed in any way, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are large spacious and comfortable and very clean, the atmosphere is really good in this hotel I wasn't pressurised to join In anything, I spent a lot of time around the pool area using the pool bar etc and could not have been made to feel more welcome as a guest, it is a stunning hotel very clean and the service was impeccable, just far enough away from the resort centre which was a short taxi ride away, overall I was dubious about travelling alone but I could not have picked a better hotel to do this, extremely pleased was a fantastic holiday and am already thinking of returning

    “10 days in the sunshine”

    My husband and I arrived at hotel 9pm , check in was straight forward and told to put our suitcases in a small room so we could go for dinner before restaurant closed . We had a nice meal and still plenty to choose from this late at night . We went to our room which was on the first floor and instantly I said cant stay in this room , we were right above the pool bar which had music blasting out and the music from main hall was very loud , we are in our 60s back to reception explained the situation and was given another room on the second floor in a different wing of hotel .Bliss could only hear music on the balcony The rooms are nice and beds very comfortable . The view could be of putting as you see the windmills and water plant , it didn't bother my husband and I. You could see the sea and Arricifi Grand hotel in the distance. The staff are all very friendly and would help you if asked . The animation team did their best and the dance at 10-30 in the morning amused me . For being AL the hotel only gave you one bottle of water on arrival and then you had to fill bottle yourself. My other gripe, paper /plastic cups for tea hot chocolate etc would be nicer in mugs and save the planet. I'm a fussy eater and at every meal I had 2 or 3 choices, the food is delicious. The hotel doesn't really tell you about the other restaurant you can go to for an a la cart meal . A bit of a rip off for all the euros they want for safe , towels etc higher than other hotels in CT . At beginning lots of sun loungers and no one fighting over them , then they took a lot away so folk then booking sunlongers , they should have left them out longer . The hotel is very far out from the centre of Costa Teguise and not a lot going on in the area if you wanted a change from hotel. A taxi is €4 into the square. Staying at this hotel you don't get the feel of Costa Teguise . We have been many time to CT but first visit to this hotel . Cant fault the hotel but to far out of CT for me

    Visited with friends but wished we had gone to a proper 4* as rooms were dirty and food luke warm and poor most of the time. Pool was large and clean but other areas were dirty and never cleaned. We asked for a room change but was told they were full but room service people said it wasn't. Got what we believe to be upset stomachs a couple of times and as we ate and drnak everything from this hotel and the hygiene isn't good we put it down to that, along with other people a couple of weeks ago. if you go, pay attention to food hygiene and whats broken around the pool.
