Yoga is a traditional discipline which connects body and mind through breathing. Sessions adapted to any level

The origin is located in India more than 4000 years ago. The word “yoga” means union, that's why the practice of yoga uses the union of our body with our mind to achieve maximum physical, mental and spiritual harmony.

Our one-hour private classes are adapted to any level of knowledge, whether you want to start the activity, you are a beginner or practice yoga regularly

The benefits of yoga are noticeable in general health: It reduces anxiety and stress, increases the quality of sleep. It improves academic performance and attention, strengthens bones and muscles and increases their flexibility, relieves chronic pain, burns calories (approx. 7 per minute, 507 in an hour), teaches to breathe not only correctly but also consciously, reduces cortisol and cholesterol levels in blood, balances the nervous system, strengthens the immune system and is a great anti-aging therapy.

Our schedule is from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Maximum of 5 people per class
Activity suitable only for people over 12 years old
If you choose the rate of 2 or 3 classes you can do them on different days
We adapt to the level of each client
During the booking process, we will ask you what time you would like to take the session. We will try to adjust to the requested schedule or we will offer you an alternative one. In any case, we will confirm it via phone or email.
