What the experience includes

SUP: a complete sports activity in contact with nature, fun classes for beginners or for further training

Learn with us at Caleta de Fuste Beach the technique for practicing stand up paddle boarding in calm waters. If it's your first time will learn the basic elements of balance, coordination and stroke, if you are already practicing SUP, train your skills and improve the technique according to your level. We are an official school of the Canary Surf Federation with all our instructors certified. We do the classes in groups of up to 5 people. Course for beginners: Basic knowledge to stand on a board and return to the starting point. Trust with material and movement. The origin and development of SUP, the advantages and benefits of this sport on a physical and emotional level, will be explained in a general way.
Technique and practice at the sea (climbing, positioning the body correctly on the board, using the paddle, falling). Balance on the table in the correct positions (lying, sitting, standing), the row and the basic walk

Further training course:You must have prior technical knowledge and be self-sufficient to practice SUP. We will teach you how to choose the material depending on the activity and characteristics of each person (weight, height and desired program). You will improve the technique in all its aspects, to became effective and fluid. Introduction of the different types of tours and variants. Several techniques called freestyle to increase coordination, balance and dynamism in the water.

Everything you need to know

• During the booking process, we will ask you what time you would like to take the class. We will try to adjust to the requested timetable and confirm it to you by phone or email, or we will offer you an alternative schedule
• Know swimming, be in good physical shape and be over 8 years old
• Maximum of 5 people per instructor
• The school may cancel, move, modify the date and time depending on weather conditions. Move students from group to group based on knowledge, age, physical condition and other factors, to carry out the activity in terms of safety
