What the experience includes
Brief visit to the lobby of the emblematic Canfranc International Station. Inaugurated in 1928 and declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 2002 — and which in turn forms part of the Historical Cultural Heritage by Railway — the Canfranc International Station is one of the most important railway complexes built in Europe in the first third of the 20th century.
The project to recover the iconic station has received the Re Think Hotel award as one of the best sustainability and hotel rehabilitation projects carried out in Spain by conserving the valuable cultural heritage of an emblematic building with more than 90 years of history. An award created by the Habitat Futura Group and the digital platform TSMEDIA with the collaboration of the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and the Digital Agenda, with the aim of promoting and promoting the application of sustainability criteria in the rehabilitation of hotels.
Owned by the Government of Aragon, Barceló Hotel Group aspires to positionCanfranc Train Station, a Royal Hideaway Hotel in a 5-star GL establishment of reference in the Aragonese Pyrenees, both nationally and internationally.
