Description
Enjoy this gastronomic trip from Paris to Sancti Petri at our Chez Lumière Restaurant run by Jerez's Juanlu Fernández, chef with 2 Michelin stars. With a solid background in French haute cuisine and a career that includes his time in the kitchens of great masters such as Martín Berasategui, Juanlu has managed to create his own style where the Gallic technique merges with the Andalusian essence.
