    “Great hotel in Jandia!”

    Perfect hotel, very well equipped. Very good food with big variety. Rooms are good with very comfortable beds. Great location and view. Good services. Good maintenance, only in bathroom needs higher focus...

    “New Year - New rules”

    We stayed at this Hotel for 4 weeks over Christmas and New Year. We chose this hotel as we had visited once previously and were pleased with our stay. I will start with the positives. The hotel is in a good location for the beach and Morro Jable. The staff are hardworking and always had time to speak. Selection of drinks were good and of good quality. The food was okay although at times cold. The gala dinners on Christmas Day and New Year's Eve were excellent. Grounds were well maintained. English TV was a plus factor especially as we were there for four weeks. The negatives: Our room was in block 2 (2116). The room was well located on the complex. Room size was good. However the room is in need of refurbishment. Wardrobe doors and patio door handles hanging off are an example. The room smelt of sewerage whenever we entered. It had a problem with ants which we sorted ourselves. Cleaning was not thorough. On one occasion we were on the balcony when the room was cleaned and this took less than 5 minutes. On arrival you get two bottles of complimentary water. There is a water machine at the snack bar outside but the water in my opinion was not fit for consumption. At all meal times bottled water was available but couldn't be taken from the restaurant. By chance we discovered that you could ask for 1 bottle of free water per day at the bar which we did for 3 weeks. Suddenly in the 4th week we asked for water only to be told we now had to pay for it being told "New Year new rules"! Nuts, crisps and biscuits on the bars also disappeared. We also noticed that the quality of the food also dropped. Ridiculous that I can have as much alcohol as possible (I don't drink) but had to pay for water! The hotel has two big pools but both were too cold even for us hardened swimmers. A small section of 1 pool was slightly warmer. We only saw the pool cleaned once. Entertainment is poor. On more than 1 occasion the entertainment listed didn't materialise. Evenings were cold and as a result most people wanted to sit inside after dinner but the seating area is totally inadequate. It has been mentioned in other reviews about the different levels in the hotel. All inclusive, plus and Royal level. Plus and Royal level gives you various upgrades. All inclusive had no access to these areas which is fine. The problem with this is these areas were empty while we were at the hotel yet people couldn't get seats in the bar areas and on occasions in the restaurant. Too much of the hotel has been allocated to what is a very small percentage of guests. Unfortunately I'm not sure we will return.

    “Pretty Average ”

    This hotel has so many positive reviews, which really surprises me. I’ve just returned having stayed 5 nights and I would describe it as average at best. I’ll start with the positives. The views are lovely and the hotel is really close to the beach. Gardens are nicely maintained around the hotel. Staff at the bars were really friendly and always up for a chat. The alcohol was good quality. I’m always skeptical going all inclusive as the spirits arnt always good. But here they use well known brands. The drinks are self service in the dining room which I actually liked. Beer and soft drinks on tap, bottles of wine to help yourself to. They serve cava at breakfast which is a nice touch! Now for the negatives. Other than the gardens the hotel is not well maintained. Our room had a broken light. The fan didn’t work. The door handle to the patio was half hanging off. There are cracked tiles around the pool. The pool ladders are also hanging off. The pool area wasn’t cleaned for the whole of our stay. There are straws and general litter around the edges. The shower in the room was awful. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. There were cockroaches in the room. We got rid of one and another would come. Perhaps it was just our block (block 7) because we spoke to other guests who didn’t have them. Bottled water is not replenished in the room. You get 2 bottles on arrival but then you have to pay. The free water at the pool bar was disgusting. Toiletries are also not replenished. Use your body cream sparingly! I asked reception for an iron and they don’t provide them. They cater for guests living out of suitcases and they don’t have any irons?! Ridiculous. This is basic customer service and the hotel should really consider getting some. Of course they have a professional laundry service that you can pay for. Food in the restaurant was okay to be fair. Plenty of choice and tasted nice. However dishes aren’t labelled properly and if you don’t eat meat like me then you might struggle! My last issue with this hotel...there is an actual class system. I’ve never come across this before in a hotel. Penthouse rooms fine, private pool rooms fine, all standard in hotels. But this hotel wasn’t like that. They have their standard all inclusive. Then they have ‘plus’, I’m not sure what this entails but they get a separate part of the dining room. And then you get the ‘royal level’, which struck me as ridiculous. They actually dedicate half the hotel to the royal level and it’s off bounds to the rest of us. Separate pool, separate bars, separate dining. What a waste of space, I couldn’t see anyone actually using their pool area for the whole stay! In my view the whole hotel should be a ‘royal’ standard. I don’t expect to come on holiday and be faced with a ridiculous class system like this.

    “Excellent ”

    I must say this hotel is one of the best all inclusive we have been in around Europe for me it's comes very close to the standard you get in the Caribbean. The hotel is very clean tables ,floors ,toilets all being constantly cleaned .great choice of food in the restaurant faultless. Yes some of the dishes are only warm but there is a microwave there to heat your food up .they cater for all nationality which is not easy .the staff are a big plus for this hotel always smiling and always a good morning ect .the management should be very proud of them .the entertainment was good .again the animation team are again great , not many people were taking part in the days games but they made it good fun .drinks of a high standard a lot of brands used .gardens are well kept and great to walk around .a few shops and a couple of bars below the hotel which show priemier league which is good .thank you everyone we will be back

    “Fantastic holiday!”

    I would recommend this hotel to anyone, there is plenty of space and things to do for families and also the royal level for people who want a quieter more peaceful break. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely go back again.
