    “Fantastic all inclusive hotel!”

    Stayed here with a friend for a week in Sept/Oct 2019, for a much-needed break. We loved this hotel. Spacious, clean room, with balcony, comfy beds, fridge, and all the amenities we needed. We were in the main hotel, on a high floor, with a pool view. This is one of the best all inclusive hotels I have stayed in. The food was great - plentiful and always a great choice. There was an omelette station for breakfast (and bacon and eggs cooked to your liking) and fish, meats and pasta being cooked freshly for lunch and dinner. Every evening the theme was different and we never got bored or felt the choice was repetitive. The array of desserts was fabulous too. There’s a snack bar by both the pools as well and you can literally eat all day! This is one of the only all inclusive places I’ve been to where the choice of alcoholic drinks was great and they are genuine local spirits, liqueurs, beers and wines and not watered down. You can even help yourself to drinks at the snack bar by the pool throughout the afternoon! There are two pools - we didn’t use the one by the main hotel but used the other one near the ala carte restaurant/bar. There were always plenty of sunbeds, the pool has the sun all day and you can wander back and forth to the bar and help yourself to drinks and snacks. The only problem we had staying here is the weight we gained! :) The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the beach and there’s a regular service. There are also bars and restaurants nearby, if you fancied a change from the buffet. The staff were always friendly and willing to help and seem to work very hard. We watched the evening entertainment a few times, which is at the stage by the main pool. It was always of high quality and really enjoyable. All in all, would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Big thumbs up!

    “Not to be recommended”

    Having read the latest review dated 21/01/2020 I can only agree with the sentiments. We too have 5 days left and the whole experience at this hotel is ruined by mealtines. Feeding time at the zoo is so apt. There is about 6 inches between tables. A complete war for some foods and the fact that what few staff are available are so busy there is no interaction. Chefs don't know what they are cooking all fish is fish! Labeling is almost non-existent. AI status means everything is self service in tiny containers. This must be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at

    “Book somewhere else!!!”

    The good bits first. The grounds, pool area and gym are lovelyThe restaurant is like feeding time in the zoo. Too busy and loud and not enough staff. Food is average at best and you need to fight for a table. Al la carte restaurant can only be used if you are AI plus. Can be used at lunch if you want something from the fridge or from the cold ( meant to be hot) buffet. The staff in general are indifferent. Overall it’s not great. Only five days left to endure!

    I would not use this hotel again, poor management, poor bar staff, animation team were great, hotel is poor in decor and rooms poor maintained, grounds were well kept, good access to the town, town was very nice.

    “A week of rest and relaxation”

    Everything worked, food was great, we relaxed.....enough said! At least 200 words of review should be stated at the start of the review not when someone has spent 10 or 15 minutes completing a survey first. My one line IS my review but with these extra words should make 200!
