    “Going the extra mile !”

    Praise must go to the management, reception staff and Catering staff of this super and well located Hotel.....They went to great lengths to provide me with an excellent room in which to assemble the “Vegas” Style costumes which we use/wear when collecting for a local charity......The spacious and well positioned room was instrumental in us being relaxed ,not stressed, and more than ready to go out and raise over 1,500 Euros over three evenings for the charity......the food is very good and plentiful and we particularly loved the outside dining terrace.....This is my second visit to the Hotel and we look forward to next May when we can do it all over again ! .... Our Thanks go particularly to Fran and Carla ...

    “Unexpected”

    It was my first visit to this hotel and it has been very good. Actually the only problem was the weather, it was a little cloudy. The hotel was in a good localisation, close to the beach, bank, shops and YUMBO!!!! The room was nice and clean. The food was good, specially desserts. The entertainment team was really fun always with a smile, the dances and games. Probably I´ll be back.

    “Winter Sun”

    Visited here in October for 4 days with a friend, recommend upgrading to premium all inclusive - aloha 37 restaurant instead of buffet with a la carte menu including steak and prawns, premium alcohol including large gin list which was great and access to the balinese bed area was a nice escape. Hotel is in two blocks a modern block and a more old-fashioned, we stayed in the older one rooms still spacious and clean but more basic. two pools which we had no trouble getting sunloungers around and overall had a great trip.

    “God food friendly staff”

    Nice hotel with good facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff.I was nicely surprised about the variety of foods. Everything fresh and quite tasty. Mostly international with some local dishes. Serving hours were quite extensive so there was never a problem of missing a meal.

    “Not really 4*”

    We came back on 20th October from two weeks all inclusive holidays 2 adults + infant. Once we arrived reception staff very friendly and helpful, smooth check-in process etc Room pretty clean, but way smaller than shown on the pictures, also hotel facilities smaller than pictures show online. Things we liked there: - coffee machines make nice coffee - orange juice machines - quick response and action from reception in case of any problems - screen at reception telling schedule and info about everything in hotel - brilliant! - very nice and helpful waiting staff at the restaurant just probably overloaded with amount of work - WI-FI worked everywhere - nursery, very nice staff and atmosphere even for our 10 months old Things we didn't like Room: - Shower had no curtain (so splashing all over the floor every time), shower head holder and rain head, both too low for me (i am almost 6'2), also dirty marks in shower walls last for whole 2 weeks which means cleaner not bothered to clean them... - Wardrobe door stiff, balcony door handle loose, kept falling off. - Night entertainment far too loud, we could hear it even through closed balcony doors so we were not able to open them while baby was asleep, what was a big issue as air conditioning hardly worked giving only slightly colder air than room temperature. - Double bed made of twin beds with top double sponge mattress, too soft for me... - No mini bar in the fridge, only 2 bottles of water to use and no topping up! - Additional charge for safe usage Sports: - Sport activities not too bad, but could be better if the team would make more effort asking around by both swimming pools and encourage some people to play volleyball or football. - Water polo really for kids, pool too shallow and players not aloud to throw balls to hard as it would hit surrounding guests on sunbeds. Restaurants/bars are the biggest disappointment: - Very small choice for vegetarians not to mention vegans! - Only some labels on food, many times wrong/misleading, had to try to know what it is - 2 dinner time slots as restaurant probably too small to serve all at one time (who can be bothered with that on all inclusive holiday?) - Foot repeatable almost every night - Had to wait for eggs or crepes as staff very busy with other tasks not even there to serve - Topping some food up sometimes took even 15 mins - Some food smelled really nice and were tasteless no spices and salt added - Some fruits not ready to eat and hard eg pears, kiwi, probably laying there just to make it all look better - Staff very nice and friendly but probably overloaded with work, not much of a chance to get card and order some special drinks etc usually they just clean and prepare tables for next guests - Small choice of drinks, cheap beer & wine. Hotel: - bali beds area was only for all inclusive PREMIUM adult guests - branded alcohols only for all inclusive PREMIUM again - even tomato juice was for all inclusive PREMIUM Hotel not so bad but should not be really 4* especially restaurants need to improve. Also fact that there were some things only for PREMIUM guest ruins ,,all inclusive'' meaning for me.

    “Unexpected”


    It was my first visit to this hotel and it has been very good. Actually the only problem was the weather, it was a little cloudy. The hotel was in a good localisation, close to the beach, bank, shops and YUMBO!!!! The room was nice and clean. The food was good, specially desserts. The entertainment team was really fun always with a smile, the dances and games. Probably I´ll be back.
