We know that a wedding can bring up many questions, but at Barceló Weddings we will be by your side every step of the way, to ensure everything goes perfectly.
What is the minimum time period to make a reservation?
The minimum recommended period for making a reservation ranges from 6 to 12 months, although requests are also accepted more than a year in advance.
Availability will depend on the type of room chosen and the number of guests, as well as the schedule established by the wedding couple. In some cases, it's possible to make a reservation up to 2 years in advance.
What catering options do you offer and can we do a tasting before the wedding?
The hotel offers catering with three-course menus, as well as special options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free diets.
A pre-tasting is included for the wedding couple, which can be done for a maximum of 6 people and must be scheduled up to 2 months before the wedding.
Do you have wedding planners at the hotel?
The hotel has a team specialized in basic advice for weddings, focused on the food selection, drinks, and the design of the complete set-up (including a layout of the event). However, wedding planners are external professionals hired directly by clients depending on the theme and budget.
What spaces do you have available for the ceremony and reception?
The hotel offers the following event spaces:
Outdoor gazebo: ideal for ceremonies, with panoramic views of the pool and the city.
Covered mezzanine terrace: Perfect for medium-sized ceremonies
Bristol Plus Ballroom: Main space for dinners and receptions, accommodating up to 350 people at round tables.
In addition, we have 10 smaller rooms with capacity for intimate ceremonies of up to 30 people.
What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?
The maximum capacity is 500 guests, depending on the space and set-up. The Bristol Plus Ballroom, our largest space, can accommodate up to 350 people in a round table format.
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
The hotel does not provide photography or videography. However, our clients can contract an external vendor.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
We do not currently offer babysitting or childcare services.
Are there spaces or private rooms for the bride/groom/those to be wed to get ready in?
The wedding package includes three bedrooms, allowing the bride and groom to get ready in separate spaces.
