What is the minimum time period to make a reservation?
Our suggestion is to start the booking process one year before the wedding. The final number of guests must be confirmed at least one month before the ceremony date.
What catering options do you offer and can we do a tasting before the wedding?
We offer a wide variety of dining options ranging from traditional menus to international cuisine. In addition, we organize tasting sessions so that you can choose the perfect menu for your event.
Do you have wedding planners at the hotel?
Yes, we have the best and most experienced team, who will be with you every step of the way, from initial planning to the wedding day to ensure everything goes perfectly.
What spaces do you have available for the ceremony and reception?
We have various spaces for your ceremony and reception, the lush garden, the romantic Gazebo, and our elegant and functional ballrooms, among others. Each space can be adapted to meet your expectations.
What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?
The hotel offers three options for your wedding: an intimate celebration for up to 50 guests, a medium wedding for 51 to 100 guests, and the option of a larger event for up to 250 guests.
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
Yes, we have photography and videography services. However, if you prefer to bring your own suppliers, you can do so by paying a vendor fee.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
Occidental at Xcaret Destination has a babysitting service and children's menus that can be booked directly at reception.
Are there spaces or private rooms for the bride/groom/those to be wed to get ready in?
Currently, we do not have specific spaces for the wedding couple to get ready in.
