    “Staff are better than the hotel itself”

    no any issue with the service and staff or room. But ... it is a rated 4 star biz hotel, there were no drinking water from the tab or in the room...! there were no sleeper provided in the room and cost 3 euros per pair...! It is a hotel in Italy but there were no wine opener and simple wine glass in the room...!

    “Great hotel, perfect for visiting Milan.”

    Very helpful shuttle bus service to rail/metro station which gets you to the city very quickly and very economic (€1.50 @ Feb 2019).Our room was very spacious and comfortable and the views (from upper stories) were very good.Good WiFi and friendly staff - cannot fault this hotel :-)

    “Wonderful service”

    stayed in this hotel on two occasions when visiting for the football in Milan very clean modern and tidy rooms. staff were extremely helpful left my car keys in this hotel on the second visit only to realise this when back in UK. receptionist constantly went out of their way in contact three four times a day to make sure I received them back. would 100% recommend for anyone visiting Milan. its little bit out from the heart of the city however is very accessible via train or metro as was advice and demonstrated from number of the hotel staff to do so. DO NOT USE TAXI as when called from hotel they start on ridiculously high rate and we discovered this the hard way. room are very spacious and the hotel provide you with free steam sauna and pool facilities which is quite good.

    “Wonderful guest service”

    We went to this hotel despite the distance from the centre because of the good review we read about. I really wanted to write this review to highlight the highly professional skills of Marco which was fully committed in his job in providing nothing less than the best service. We waited for more than 30 minutes to do the check in, he saw us, me and my girlfriend, and to kill the time he proposed us a tea or coffee at the bar. Furthermore, he apologized to us for the time we waited for check-in, after that he stayed half an hour with us to give the best tips to enjoy the city, for free. Nothing was better than this move! We definitely appreciated the effort because it was very crowded that day and managing so many people wanting check in (at reception there were just 2 people) was something very difficult to handle. Good job Marco! We really want to come back just for you! Cheers from Russia

    “Horrible stay”

    Hotel location far from everything.Receptionist not friendly and they doesn’t know how to solve or help with any issue.Pool all the stay was under maintenance.Food was really bad, nothing near 4 stars hotel.

We are sorry to read your disappointment on our location, just 30 minutes by public transport from Milan Cathedral. For a future occasion do not hesitate to contact our reception, so as to receive the necessary assistance that will make you better appreciate our strategic position, which allows you to easily and briefly reach the center of Milan and the Expo area. We are sorry you didn't appreciate the assistance of our reception team, in which professionalism and kindness represent the main strenghts of their service, I am sure that some miscommunications happened and I will take a confront with our service manager in order to gain more information in regards. In addition, we are very sorry to read your disappointment for not being able to enjoy our Wellness Area, which unfortunately is closed from early November and for which we have provided to communicate to all our business partners, so I will check what was said and if necessary intervention if I notice some imperfections in this regard. We also regret that our buffet couldn´t meet your expectations, mainly because the quality and the diversity of our culinary offer counts to our strengths.
