    “Best holiday ever”

Short girly holiday for a bit of sun and we ended up having the best holiday! Hotel staff are all extremely friendly and always very helpful, the food was 10/10 every day with plenty of variety. Entertainment was excellent, all day and night every day!

    “Can't praise it enough!”

We went as 2 couples aged 19-21 and had an amazing time. We went for the all inclusive plus option in a superior deluxe room and everything was fantastic. The room was a decent size, very clean & modern with a nice pool view. I would strongly recommend the all inclusive plus option, mainly for the ability to eat breakfast in the quieter aloha 37 restaurant by the other pool, and because you can have unlimited access to the a la carte restaurant which has a set menu and much nicer food. You also get free branded drinks & can order freshly cooked food any time you want, also you can get branded ice creams like magnums etc... We did use the main buffet restaurant a couple of times and there's a good selection but it's so busy and gets really warm on a night time. The all inclusive plus also gives you access to the Balinese beds which are lovely and quiet, and you can just press a button on your bed and the staff come and take your drinks orders. The staff were all very helpful. There are two pools, one is busy and shallow which seems more for the kids as it has all the entertainment going on daily and then there's quieter one which we went to most days. It's also next to the nicer bar which makes things easier. The location is a bit far from any beaches or nightlife but taxis are only around 4 euros to either playa del ingles beach or maspalomas beach (which we preferred), or the hotel provides free coaches to either throughout the day. I'd recommend going to playa del ingles beach front for nightlife, particular the Tipsy Hammock if you like live saxophone music and good cocktails! All in all I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! Fantastic from start to finish, would 100% return.

“Lovely holiday at a great hotel”

lovely beach view, the room and the hotel itself was very modern; there were two large pools on site, 24hr gym which i didn't use but when i had a look the equipment looked very new. The quality of food and entertainment was also outstanding and had different activities on during the day (e.g. foam party, mechanical bull ride, inflatable slide into the pool). The service was impeccable and the reception staff solved any issues straight away (door key not working, lights not working on arrival).

    “Nowhere near worth the price!!”

My boyfriend and I came here for our first holiday away and were very excited considering we saw no bad reviews and it was a 4 star resort - not the case at all when we got there. Firstly we got to our room and it was spotless and lovely decor however we ordered a double room and found two single beds when we got there, we went to reception to complain and got complete cheek from the receptionist saying that's how the hotel is they don't own double beds which is a complete lie. We had to sleep with the two beds pushed together, only plus size was the pillows being very comfy. The food wasn't good, most things tend to be stale or cold and when you think you've found something satisfying when you start to eat you find it's not what you thought, severe lack of variety unless you are Spanish. The staff were a mixture of nice and rude but I must say the friendliest staff you will meet is the maids, lovely women. The entertainment wasn't that good and the guests who come here are very very rude, it was a rare occasion to come across someone who would actually smile or be taught manners. The all inclusive is a sham, the cocktails are the same mixture from a machine but they change the colour and change the name, they are horrid, to get a decent drink you need to pay so it contradicts being all inclusive in the first place! The snack bars are a joke, flung in a corner with plates the size of your hand. I really was expecting better from this hotel. I will happily say the shower and bathroom and rooms were amazing just the scenario with the beds ruined it. The one free night in the Aloha restaurant was amazing make sure you book it because it's the only decent meal you will get in the hotel! I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are foreign, english or a family. Disappointed overall you can hands down get a way better resort for the price you will waste on this one!
