    “Friendly Stuff but Facilities Should be Changed”

    Location is kind of this hotel and stuff is really friendly, there is no question mark there but unfortunately room facilities should be upgraded. In addition shower is super strange no door, It is like a cabin.

    this is a really good hotel for the price and for the location is also not far from the metro , one of the best reception experiance i ever had they are really good especially the guy in the morning,they helped us so much .thank you guys

    “Plenty of Better Options in Prague ”

    I urge anyone looking for lodging in Prague to find another hotel. This hotel has not been a pleasant experience from the start. It all started off the first night when the hotel decided to test the emergency alarm system at 11:45pm! Yes, you read right — the hotel test their emergency alarm at midnight for nearly 20 minutes! No apology or explanation from the hotel, either. I sent an email to the hotel and as of this review, no response. Secondly, I phoned reception for a very common request — new towels. An hour went by and they never came. I phoned again, and they still have not come. Bottom line, there are far too many options when it comes to lodging. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Though , not part of my review, some may find it useful to know that the hotel sits next to a cemetery and it is quite a hike to the nearest metro.

    “Called twice, waited two hours for fresh towels, no show”

    We booked three nights at this hotel because it seemed decent online. Didn’t feel the need to have our room serviced every single day as we are out most of the time. On the third night, We needed some fresh towels after workout so we called reception. Staff answered the phone and was nice. One hour later, still no towel. Rang again to ask and was again promised fresh towels. One hour later, still no towel. We are very disappointed as it put a dent on our otherwise lovely tours of Prague. We are also out of coffee but, probably no hope in getting that either.
