    “Family Holiday”

    We have had much bigger rooms with excellent storage & paid much less for the holiday in the past. Had a great holiday but don't think it was worth the cost & al a carte reference. Will not return again.

    “Perfect for families”

    If you intend going as a couple for a quiet time - forget it! This is very much a family-orientated hotel with the constant children's voices.Most couples had a baby or young child and for them there was an excellent play area with a large pool with slides etc.and play equipment. Although there were child pools at the main complex, children were also in the two adult pools. Having said that the staff from reception to room cleaners, bar staff and restaurant were excellent - they could not have been more friendly and efficient and they made the holiday very enjoyable. The standard and varietyof food available was excellent and everywhere was clean and tidy.Our room (9005) was a modern double room and again was kept very clean and tidy.

    “Hotel or creche”

    First of all this Hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent and the food is good to ok. Why only 3 stars then you may ask.The problem I have is really with TUI ,this Hotel is in there A la carte range I don,t think so .This is a family hotel and is no good for couples looking for a quite holiday.Meal times are a nightmare especially at Dinner with lots of pre - school children who are over tired and not happy. In the end we ate out for two nights to have a relaxing meal, so to sum up if you have young children this a good Hotel for you, if you are are a couple you have been warned

    “4 night break”

    Great family hotel. Our room was great. Double aspect top floor.some rooms would not have suited us,they looked on to each other from a short distance.That's the only negative.Very nice location and food was great

    “' NOT FOR US '”

    Booked through TUI website which had 28% off this complex. Stayed 8th - 18th June and flew out on the Thomson Dreamliner which was great and on time. On arrival we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready and on arrival at the room in Block 1 it was very small with a small double bed in it and on the 1st floor right above the table tennis tables. Returned to reception and asked to be moved as we had booked a twin room. Moved to a room in block 9 where the balcony looked out straight at a huge tree with no other view at all. This room was above the pool bar and near to the 2 upper pools - very noisy all the time - not a great start. We had booked half board but found the drinks to be very expensive, 2 euros 10 cents for a small bottle of water each with the evening meal. On our 3rd day we paid nearly 300 euros to upgrade to all inclusive which in the end was well worth it. The food here was very good with breakfast being the best meal but as others have said it was difficult to get more that one drink with your meal as the restaurant staff were so busy. We went as a couple but the complex was geared up for kids and would have been great for the grandchildren. Found the adult only pool hoping for a nice relaxing couple of hours on a sunbed but, no the adult only pool was right next to the barcy childrens club and as you can imagine was very noisy. There were many different nationalities here but the majority were French. This complex is definitely not suitable for mature couples and we would certainly not visit again.
