Our awards
El Rincón de Juan Carlos restaurant has received two Michelin stars, in addition to its three Repsol Suns that recognise the good work of the Padrón brothers. In 2019, Juan Carlos Padrón was also awarded "Chef de L'Avenir" by the International Academy of Gastronomy.
Heirs to a saga linked to gastronomy
The Padrón brothers come from a family that has always been dedicated to gastronomy and the search for new flavours. It was their parents, Carlos Padrón and Ina León, who passed on to them both the knowledge and passion, and a way of working that has allowed them to achieve international recognition with the second Michelin star for the restaurant located in Royal Hideaway Corales Beach.

The space
At 40 metres above sea level, with breathtaking sea views, it is undoubtedly one of the most exceptional restaurants on the Canary Islands. Without losing any of the intimate and familiar character that has always characterised the restaurant, in 2021 they moved to their current location in Royal Hideaway Corales Beach. The comprehensive refurbishment, led by interior designer Mercè Borrell, was conceived so that the Padrón Brothers and their team can continue to grow gastronomically.
The wine menu
María José and Raquel, sommeliers, are in charge of the dining room and wine. A carefully selected wine menu and pairings that accompany and enhance Juan Carlos and Jonathan’s dishes. Great local, national and international ingredients that seek to reflect the personality of the area where they are cultivated and of those who produce them.
