What the experience includes
Lorca and Falla were very different, austerity as opposed to wastefulness, revelry as opposed to mysticism. Even so, they were great friends. One of their passions was flamenco. Together, in 1922, they organised the Concurso de Cante Jondo (Flamenco Singing Competition), in which they both sought the roots of Spanish music and which was attended by famous personalities of the time.
We will walk through the Alhambra Forest until we reach the esplanade of the Palace of Charles V, from where we will be able to contemplate the Albaicín and Sacromonte neighbourhoods. In this wonderful place, we will find Lorca's inspiration to create his famous work "El Romancero gitano".
We will finish the visit at the House Museum of Manuel de Falla, a beautiful and modest house that has remained almost intact until today, preserving the piano and many details of his daily life. A very dear and emotional house for Lorca, for its architecture and for the moments he lived there.

Itinerary
Stop at: Calle Gran Vía
One of the busiest places in Granada is the Plaza de las Pasiegas. A trapezoidal-shaped square that lies between the gates of the Cathedral and the Plaza de Bib-Rambla, and which has been a meeting point since its beginnings.
The Plaza de las Pasiegas arose at the end of the 17th century when the Colleges of San Miguel, dedicated to the education of the children of the Moors, and Santa Catalina, dedicated to preparatory studies for university and ecclesiastical careers, were demolished.
Stop at: Calle Real de la Alhambra
The current Calle Real largely maintains the original layout of the old Calle Real Alta, although it was modified in the vicinity of the former Convent of San Francisco (now the Parador Nacional) when the small square was built.
It used to start from the Puerta del Vino. The Alhambra irrigation channel ran along its subsoil and houses, palaces, such as that of the Abencerrajes, and baths such as that of the Polinario, which has survived to the present day, overlooked it.
Stop at: Bosque de la Alhambra
The forest of the Alhambra, also known as the forest of San Pedro, is a cultivated grove located on the northern slope of the walled enclosure of the Alhambra.
It covers a total area of 4.2 hectares. It is an enclosed, shady wood enclosed by a fence and the northern wall of the Alhambra.
Stop at: Teatro Hotel Alhambra Palace
