We will pick you up by coach, together with our guide, at the selected time and meeting point to begin your day trip to Granada from Málaga. During the journey, you’ll enjoy the scenic drive along Málaga and the Costa del Sol while our guide shares interesting facts and stories about the city of Granada. There will also be a stop along the way for breakfast before reaching our destination. Get ready to be amazed by the views of Sierra Nevada!
If you prefer to explore the city at your own pace, no problem at all! We will drop you off in central Granada, at Paseo del Salón, where you will have approximately 5 hours of free time to wander through its historic streets of Nasrid origin.
Visit Granada Cathedral, a Renaissance masterpiece that symbolizes the glory of the Catholic Monarchs in 1492 and where Queen Isabella of Castile and King Ferdinand of Aragon are laid to rest. Discover Plaza Nueva, the oldest square in Granada and a key meeting point in the historic center. See the Torre de la Vela, explore the famous Calle Elvira—also known as the street of teahouses—and enjoy tasting Granada’s renowned tapas in the many bars and restaurants in the city center.
Stroll along Carrera del Darro, one of the most photographed streets in Granada, and fall in love with Paseo de los Tristes, located at the foot of the Alhambra and the Albaicín. You can also explore two of the city’s oldest neighborhoods: Sacromonte, the heart of Granada’s gypsy culture, and the Albaicín, from where you can walk up to the Mirador de San Nicolás to enjoy one of the best views of the city, with the Alhambra set against the backdrop of Sierra Nevada.
At the time indicated by your guide, we will meet again to begin the return journey to the original pick-up point.
