Description
The next August 12, Occidental Puerto Banús invites you to live a unique experience under the sky of Marbella. From 19:00 a 22:00 h, the hotel pool will become the perfect setting for enjoying a spectacular eclipse in an exclusive environment, surrounded by music, cocktails and the best energy of summer.
The evening will be enlivened by a live DJ, accompanied by a careful selection of drinks and cocktails, creating the ideal environment to contemplate this astronomical phenomenon from a privileged perspective.
At 20:38 h, coinciding with the climax of the eclipse, one of the most special moments of the night will arrive, where “The World Stops”. For a few minutes, the music will turn off and the activity will be paused to give way to an experience of connection, contemplation and shared emotion, allowing attendees to fully enjoy the magic of the moment.
After this symbolic pause, “The Show Must Go On”, giving way again to music, energy and festive atmosphere until 22:00.
An unrepeatable event that combines nature, entertainment and emotions in an exceptional location. The experience is open both to guests as well as external visitors, subject to availability and capacity.
What should you know before you go?
- The peak of the eclipse is expected at 20:38 p.m.
- The activity is subject to availability, capacity and weather conditions
- The included drinks may be selected from among the drinks established by the hotel for the event
- Balinese beds must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability
- It is not allowed to bring food, drinks, glass objects or hazardous material into the pool area
- Attendees must respect the instructions of the lifeguard and hotel staff at all times
- To observe the eclipse directly, it will be necessary to use specific approved goggles
- Conventional sunglasses don't offer adequate protection
- Children under 18 must attend accompanied and remain under the supervision of an adult.
- The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages will be restricted to people over 18 years of age
What to bring?
- Streetwear or swimwear if you wish
- Shoes suitable for the pool area, sunscreen and towel
- For direct observation of the eclipse, you must wear approved glasses specific to eclipses, unless the hotel confirms that they will be included in the experience.
Included on booking:
- Access to the Occidental Puerto Banús Eclipse Pool Party
- Access to the pool during special event hours, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- DJ session from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Participation in the special moment “The World Stops”, at 20:38 h.
- Access to bar and cocktail service during the event
- Possibility to contract the rate Golden Eclipse, which includes access to the event, four drinks and a shared Balinese bed, subject to availability
Not included on booking:
- It does not include accommodation, transportation, parking, food, full bottles, premium drinks or drinks other than those included in the reserved modality.
- The use of a Balinese bed is only included in the Golden Eclipse Experience modality and will be subject to availability and prior reservation.
