Take in some of northern Spain’s most distinctive coastal scenery on this full-day tour from Pamplona to the Basque coast. The route brings together seaside traditions, elegant architecture and regional flavours in a relaxed journey shaped by the Atlantic landscape.
The experience begins at 09:30 in Pamplona, heading towards San Sebastián, a city widely recognised for its bay and celebrated food culture. During the guided visit, you will walk alongside the La Concha Bay, known for its iconic railing and refined waterfront that attracted European royalty during the 19th century.
You will then continue through the city centre and the Old Town, where lively squares, narrow streets and traditional taverns reveal the local atmosphere. At 13:00, a pintxos lunch will be served in a traditional restaurant, offering a taste of one of the Basque Country’s best-known culinary traditions.
In the afternoon, the journey follows the Cantabrian coastline towards Getaria, a fishing village closely linked to maritime heritage and the birthplace of designer Cristóbal Balenciaga. Its coastal setting and historic streets provide a quieter perspective of the Basque coast.
Return to Pamplona is scheduled for around 17:30, with the sea breeze, local flavours and coastal landscapes lingering long after the day ends.
