    “Your classic average resort - staff & grounds good, food OK, rooms not clean enough”

    Spent a week in Feb 2018. Was blatantly average. Staff was strong and do what they can - they are helpful and grounds are immaculate - but the food is OK at best (hard to feed so many people, but just not very good overall), and the standard of cleanliness in the rooms is poor. Just too much leftover mess in the corners, furniture dirty and outdated....needs an influx of new beds & furniture and a serious deep cleaning in the rooms.

    “Nice resort”

    This was a good resort good food, loved the salsa and nachos. Large beach for long walks the room we got had a great jungle view staff was very nice and the vibe of the resort was calming lots of wildlife and amazing views Cons: Had 2 queen sized beds put together to be a "king size" was hard to get comfy with the lady.. Another which was unfortunate it was the same group everynight for entertainment and no english at all.

    “Awful”

    Where to start……..???????? - Reception is supposed to be the most important part for a hotel as it is the first contact with the client. Well when you are waiting 20/25 min to do the check in it's not a good start. The line for the check out was even longer. Paola from the reception wasn't nice neither helpful- just seemed we were bothering her checking in, sorry! - Prepare yourself at the check out, I would recommend going mentally prepared to just wait and face people saying…"wrong line; go next door" and if you dare check out a minute after 12 be ready for their call, they are just treating you very bad and just want you to leave so they can charge another client. - Buffet is clearly missing quality - food has no taste , let's not even talk about hygiene; there is clearly NONE SO MANY PEOPLE… it's a zoo! - Room: back in the 1950's this was probably modern! bathroom is not clean especially the shower…. - Service… NONE- staff doesn't say hello to you and when you ask something you bother them. the only friendly person and helpful we met was the person who brought our suitcase and us to our room. - Bar - the drinks are just terrible, the alcohol they use is disgusting, yes you think it's great and all inclusive but you will only have one glass as its so terrible so definitely not worth your money. Also the pool bar opens at 10, if you are like us going for a nice run or walk on the beach don't expect to have a drink after - Pool- don't even think about looking at the amount of chlorine they put in at night… during the day; expect about 200 people - wifi: you have to pay ! ridiculous nowadays - the entire resort is just full, so many people everywhere… lines all the time. Entertainment on the mic super loud and awful + - Beach black sand and very empty - Private flowers and animals park- but you have to look for it, reception won't tell you it is even there! - Nice sports facilities- tennis I'm sorry but that is it. Overall the worse experience you can think of.

    “Отличный отель, незабываемый отдых”

    В отеле просто не к чему придраться, комнаты большие, рестораны открыты с 07.00 до 23.00, территория очень ухоженная, есть свой зоопарк, там можно увидеть какаду и других экзотических пернатых. Пляж просто восхитительный и народу на пляже всегда почему то мало, лежишь на всем побережье как будто один, океан очень теплый, бывают волны большие, но не опасные. Можно порой увидеть диких какаду, пеликанов и обезьян, они живут рядом с отелем и их хорошо слышно рано утром и по вечерам как стемнеет. В общем 5+ и хорошего вам отдыха, отель точно не разочарует)))
