"Mystery Guest" Certificate

From 27 July until 1 August the hotel received a visit from a "Mystery Guest".

The Mystery Guest analysed the following areas and services over 5 days: the presentation of the hotel, the rooms, the lobby, the bars, the nightclub, indoor and outdoor areas and finally the sports and leisure area.

The result of the analysis carried out by the "Mystery Guest" was very satisfactory for the hotel Barceló Margaritas and, as it's in keeping with the parameters set by the TUI, it fully merits the award.
