    “Ideal to discover Granada”

The hotel is only about 10 min walk from the Cathedral and - if you like going uphill - 15-20 min from the Alhambra. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, the parking service was great as the garage was quite narrow (not to mention the labyrinth of one-way streets before getting to the hotel). Breakfast offered plenty of food for every taste, and one major attraction of the hotel was its rooftop pool with view of Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. The pool itself could be a bit larger and/or with two more sunbeds, but it‘s a city hotel and not a Costa del Sol resort. Water temperature was quite chilly though at this time of the year. Only minus: our room‘s view were a light well and opposite rooms. However, it was very spacious for a family of four, so we got over it.

    “Two nights in Granada”

We enjoyed our stay at the Carmen as part of a tour group our room overlooked El Corte Ingles. There was a little street noise but this did not impact on our sleep quality. The room was nice and the bed clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was good and the evening meal on the first evening was very nice.

    “That Welcome Feeling”

We enjoyed a one night stay with our tour group at this hotel. We were accommodated on a lower floor so did not get to enjoy the views of the Alhambra or the Sierra Nevada mountains from our windows. The hotel is located centrally in the City, our room was bright, clean and with pleasant décor, spacious bathroom with toiletries, safe, minibar, TV and free wifi. Great staff, friendly and helpful and happy to go that extra yard to make our stay enjoyable. The bed was super comfortable. Abundant shopping and dining options nearby. Definitely recommended.

“Very nice and and central wit friendly staff”

Great placing, very helpful and friendly staff. Super view to Alhambra and Sierra Nevada and much of the city from the rooftop terrace. Nice, clean little swimming pool outside on the rooftop. Brerakfast was good and dinner as well. The rooms are also clean, nice and comfortable, even though one could hear the neighbors cough, speak or snore. Also the conference room in the basement was very “loud” with bad acoustic and a lot of noise from a garage “next door”.

    “Great location”

We stayed at this hotel for four nights on a city break to beautiful Granada. Unusually I booked this hotel before checking the reviews fully. When I did check I was a bit concerned as some were less than positive. No need to worry the hotel is in an ideal position. It is spotlessly clean, the staff are very helpful and the beds really comfy. We stayed on bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast selection was first class. We didn't have lunch or dinner in the hotel, why would you in a city full of great tapas bars.
