    “Good ”

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks 29th August- 12th September, I am 21 and my fiancé is 22. First thing I will say is hire a car! We really wish we had only done week due to not having a car a being stuck in the same place. The hotel itself was always clean and looked after, we saw many maintenance but they were all lovely and said hello. The rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday however we were on the bottom floor and could hear the pub that was behind us and had a big problem with ants. They kept my fiancé up twice with him scratching all over as the bedding was touching the floor and they had managed to climb up. We told the cleaning lady, she didn’t speak much English but had an app on her phone that translated everything we said, she apologised profusely and said she would change all the bedding. The entertainment wasn’t for us as it was mainly older music things going on and us being early twenties it just didn’t appeal to us, so most evenings we went to Aloe (snack bar) or we went and played golf which is just outside the hotel to the left, make sure to tell them you are staying at the hotel as it makes €11 instead of €13. The food was always hot and good, we never waited for any food to be cooked and they changed the food that was already out frequently to ensure it was fresh. However we soon found out there wasn’t much variety, nearly everyday was the same but they would change the names of things for example one night they had chicken nuggets the next night it was chicken strips, then breaded chicken it was literally the same food just labelled different, we only had one themed night out of the whole two weeks so the food soon became quite boring. Overall the hotel was lovely and we would recommend, but make sure to book a car as there is not that much to do around the hotel and you’ll soon be stuck trying to find things, if you enjoy sunbathing this place would be great but if you want to be active and do things you can’t do at home and make the most of the holiday then you’ll need a car.

“3 Star standard at a 5 star price.”

My wife and I decided to splash out on half board holiday (£1900) as the images did show the resort to be exceptional. So here's a Good Bad and Ugly review: The Good: The position is unbeaten in the location and food away from the hotel reasonably priced and excellent. The hotel staff are very helpful and it is very, very clean. The Bad: The images on the site are not a reflection of the accommodation you will get. We paid extra for a Superior Sea View Bungalow which - aside from it not being up to any image on the site (these are clearly of the Royal level), they are showing their age. Lights held together by tooth picks, cables held in by wire bag ties, paint bubbling on walls. Not what we expected for £1900. The Wifi signal was appalling (we're not great web users on holiday) but this meant that it was out of use for most of the day, and affected the TV. Again, we're not TV addicts but it meant we did not get the option either. The air conditioning simply stopped working for an inexplicable reason (in all rooms), and the safe is £3 a day to use plus a deposit. The Ugly: The food. We went for half board as we thought the food would be superb. This was a major disappointment. Given past experience (a decade ago), we thought hotel food must have moved on. No. Although there was huge choice, the evening meal was not even lukewarm but tepid and most dishes covered in some anonymous mushroom type sauce. We tried it twice and then stopped going. Unfortunately, given some holidaymakers to their food (such as resting their chins in their food), the hotel must think they have no respect for their food and simply given up. So, in sum: Lovely location and people badly let down by food and standards of accommodation. We cannot say average because of the excessive price, so sorry, it has to be poor.

    “first time stay”

first time at this hotel and was very impressed with everything the size of the hotel was huge, nothing was to much for the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. food was good ok you would get the odd night when one of us didn't like the main meats or fish but you could always find something to eat there was never need to go hungry, our only fault was there was 2 mornings without english tea bags for breakfast but after speaking to the rep we were lucky to get them as they don't very often have them so if you like tea at breakfast maybe it is worth bring some with you go to the shop and buy some but that was out only problem the animation team work hard and are very good, would certainly go back and tell friends how good it was. The hotel is very near the flightpath but you don't notice it and certainly can't hear them in you room when in the pool you can read which company is written on the plane kept my husband amused for hours

    “Nice hotel.”

Enjoyed our stay here for the weekLots of activities on offerBrilliant staff friendliness and efficiencyOnly confusion was over the ‘ticket’ at dinner which we had to ask a fellow traveller about. Shocked to not have water replenished in the rooms. And annoyed about paying additionally to swap towel for the pool.

    “Great holiday”

This hotel exceeded all expectations that we could hope for, good service from all staff, clean rooms, great bars and restaurants, large swimming pools with plenty of sun beds, close to all amenities to Caleta De fuste and eat links to Puerto del Rosario and the airport
