“Hotel ok note happy with staff”

Staying here right now, has taken another 30 mins before I get asked if I would like coffee again. Have sat here watching the tables around me get served again, maybe my face does not fit....The food is good, room is good, everything good apart from the morning staff who seem to be anti English as per another review.

    “Nice holiday”

All staff were very friendly and all food was excellent. The pools were cold but that was nice when trying to cool down. The mini golf was fun and a bit more than the usual with 2 courses. All in all a lovely holiday. Outside of hotel is an Irish bar and pieros which we ventured into once but not our scene although pieros appeared to be packed every night. If going on a trip I would recommend the obycat - a catamaran ride along the coast with food and drink. Prepared to get wet though from the waves, but lots of fun.

    “Overall a great hotel”

This was my boyfriend and I’s first holiday alone and stayed for a week all inclusive. We had a great time but there’s definitely things to watch out for! Rooms: amazing. Bed was absolutely huge, and was made every day. Good quality shower, massive sink and counter area, aircon worked great, big tv! Only problems were paying for the safe which I don’t really understand and the fridge was not restocked with basic water etc, you had to pay which I thought was stupid as we are all inclusive and have therefore payed for our drinks and stuff in advance! Food: buffet was good in general. Food was very repetitive but that was okay as it was actually very nice. Meat quality was great, sides always cooked nicely and seasoned well! The biggest issue which I know a lot of people have complained about is cold food.. this was a big problem and there was one time where I got bolognese at lunch and it was literally cold.. not lukewarm.. cold. I was not happy! Definitely needs to be fixed as like I said, we weren’t the only people complaining Drinks: being all inclusive I expected to not have to worry about paying for anything.. pease know this is not the case!! Only certain cocktails and free (maybe half?) you still have to pay for things like iced coffee too. This was incredibly annoying and a big surprise. I think it’s very cheeky to ask all inclusive guests to still pay for drinks, it’s literally what we pay for in our price, this needs to change as again lots of people were complaining! incredibly surprised with the quality of alcohol however, not the cheap local stuff most AI offer, most drinks were English known eg. Smirnoff and baileys. Drinks were made very strong, being young we were used to this but be warned if you like a more subtle taste of vodka as you’ll have to ask! They didn’t hesitate to put half a glass of vodka in most times! All inclusive have a separate room in the bar for all soft drinks, slushies, wine etc which is self serving which was handy too. Pool area: massive pools which were very clean. However they were not heated, mid July and still empty as it was freezing! Also salt water pools however you do kind of get used to it. Sunloungers were ALWAYS taken and reserved, people were running about at 7am putting towels down despite the sign saying you can’t, hotel did nothing. Saying this there were always available sunloungers but they were far away which we didn’t mind to be honest. One improvement they could make is having staff come round and ask if you’d like another drink Entertainment: wasn’t a fan! The daytime entertainment was barely existant, apart from the same repetitive annoying songs played over and over again for water exercise.. the evening entertainment on the main stage was again very repetitive, kids show didn’t finish until late, maybe half 9? Adult entertainment was usually a single singer, there was one bigger show on a Tuesday I think. The staff were hard worked and good at their job, however I think it needs a reboot! My boyfriend and I took some cards down and played pool most nights. Could benefit from a ‘disco’/‘club’ kind of room! Weather was great also! Different to any weather apps, scorching sun most days! Bit windy but you know that coming here I guess. We did excursions to oasis park and jandia.. oasis park was incredible and definitely worth a visit (be warned it’s a very long day if not too long, 9am to 5pm) and jandia was too short! Only really got around 4 hours there which is not enough to explore and relax! But saying that it was absolutely beautiful

    “Amazing Hotel”

I stayed at this hotel between the 27th of June 2018 - 11th July 2018. I found this hotel to be one of the best I have stayed at in recent years because of it being very satisfactory in all areas of the hotel. Staff: All staff at this hotel were amazing, polite and all had a positive attitude. The reception, cleaners, maintenance, waiters etc. were all incredibly helpful and polite. Each responded to any queries or problems you had and would do it in a timely fashion. Food: The variety of food was something I believed was very good at this hotel and also the standard as to how the food was cooked was also something I couldn't complain about. There was a live cooking station of both meat and fish, alternating each day. The only slight issue I had regarding the food was that the food wasn't in metal containers which sometimes did mean the food was mildly warm and not hot. However, the food was changed frequently. The pool: There are two big pools at this hotel that were always kept clean at all times and were well looked after. Each pool was supervised by a life guard at all times and were protected to a good standard. One pool was usually busier than the other but by a small margin and were always huge amounts amount of space to swim at all times. The only negative I could say about the pool is that it was quite cold, sometimes deterring me from swimming in it. The amount of sunbeds around the pool were incredible. You could come down to the pool at any time and would find loads of beds. There was no need to wake up early at all. Rooms: The rooms are something that I believe are a real asset to this hotel. They are both very spacious and cleaned very well. The bed and pillows are also such a benefit to this room as they were extremely comfortable. The tv's had channels for all nationalities and even had a piece of card showing you the numbers of channels. Location: The location is fantastic for all type of people who go on holiday here. Regardless if you are a couple, family, single etc. you will find this area provides many options. The hotel is surrounded by a huge variety of shops, markets, restaurants, British medical centres and more. They are perfect to visit any time of the day, all offering a unique experience. The beach/harbour are amazing (specifically the harbour). They both are kept to such a high standard and just a beautiful sight. Both day and night you can visit both of these as they are just as beautiful either time. There is also a bus stop near the hotel, linking you to other towns in Fuerteventura. Overall I really believe that this hotel is such and incredible place and strongly suggest you should visit this hotel. I definitely will try to visit this hotel again.
