    “Relaxing stay but investment needed”

    Overall this hotel is the place to go if you want a stay where you don’t have any hassle etc. The pool needs some investment due to missing tiles which makes it look shabby. Our room was cleaned at 9am on the first day then not before 3 pm every other day, and 4 pm on more than one occasion. As an intense customer in a superior room, I would have liked an option of times for the room to be cleaned. Finally, we didn’t use our voucher for much but we did expect a late check out due to flights at 7 pm. We asked and were told we couldn’t and only after us insisting that we should be given some time, the staff allowed us to stay until 2pm. The hotel was y no means full and again I would expect this sort of benefit to be available to guests as part of the room booking and not only 24 hrs before you depart. lastly, chefs on the eggs and bacon station for breakfast were not very welcoming, would not cook to order and had very long queues. More staff needed here at peak times.

    “Glad I was recommended here”

    I was recommended here as a place to stay in Calleta and i,m so glad, it is a great place for both adults and kids, the place is so clean and well kept. Everything was looked after and the service from maids to bar staff, restaurant and reception was perfect. We were here half board which i would say is the best value as we like to eat out in the evening and found great place within 2 minutes walk.The hotel is so close to the airport with a taxi costing €12.95 and it is so centrally located that it is no more than a 2 minute walk to shops, restaurant and bars, not a sound can be heard at night while the entertainment is on, The rooms are spacious with the only draw back was two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed. I,m sure you can request a proper bed. We will defiantly come back to here as the walks both north and south are leisurely along the seafront...Food was good and various and drink was not expensive at all, and the service from Juan in the bar was soooo gooodddd

    “Anniversary visit”

    Returned after two glorious weeks at Caleta de Fuste. This was our third visit to this hotel and once again we were not disappointed Super helpful staff from start to finish and we even had the exact room (2308) we requested. Good food choices at all three meals, alas no help to the waistlines! The bar staff excellent, always a smile & gave speedy service. Entertainment good & not so good but 10/10 for effort. It was a pity the same shows from the animation team were a repeat from our first week The only negative was the over loud 'boom boom boom' around the pool at times. Good to have a bit of background music but sometimes it was excessive. Other than that its a great hotel, staff, location & will return in the future.

    “Disappointed”

    Stayed at this hotel two years ago and it was lovely the quality of food and cleanliness of pool has deteriorated a lot, tiles were missing in pool and dangerous sides of pool under water line were very dirty, had to have door in front of fridge removed as it wasn’t getting cool enough so very disappointed
