The hotel was very modern with fantastic furnishings. The staff were amazing and nothing was to much trouble . Sun beds were in abundance but spread out which was an added bonus. The hot tub was brilliant.

    “ONE WEEK IN PARADISE”

We have back from one week holiday in this lovely hotel. So good time we had -as this is adults only hotel. No children screaming, running, crying around-just as we wish! It is worth to pay this extra for such a comfort and quiet nights/days. This hotel has everything you need to have wonderful time and staffs are so helpful. Rooms are furnished in very modern style, and very minimalistic one. I thing extra table and bit more space in our room would be lovely , however we paid for basic room (no Jacuzzi) so no wonder it was smaller than other types rooms. Bed bit soft for me , and not enough shelf’s in bathroom/sink/ coffee maker area. Each room has lat TV, A/C (free of charge), fridge with pay as you go drinks and snacks ( much too expensive –go to close by supermarket and you can get everything very cheap ).There was also safe locker in the room , unfortunately payable extra at reception( bit annoying as that is 4* hotel and the price for one week stay is not cheap , so I believe it should be free).Big wardrobe with plenty shelves, hangers and space for your suitcases. Each room has also balcony , many with Jacuzzi. There are two lovely swimming pools, ala carte restaurant, 3 bars, and spy at hotel. Ocean is just 2 minutes away with lovely sandy beach. Restaurant ( we stay on half board ) is just 5*.Food is amazing and lots of choice. Full English breakfast, cheese, fruits, ham and everything you may wish to have in the mornings. Evenings meals just big fiesta, with Chinese, local and international cosine: to try every single night. We loved especially the Greek and Mexican night. Our favourite waitress was Ali, who made our stay especially pleasure. But generally all staff is great, helpful and full of advice for you. Hotel has great localisation, but big problem is parking space. Often we had to leave our car in quite distance from hotel. Costa Teguise is lovely quiet, relaxing area however full of restaurants, bars, shopping centres and long walking places next to the ocean . We loved every moment of our stay, highly recommended this hotel. One more time :big thank you for all staff.

    “A great winter break”

We decided to get away for some winter sun in a comfortable hotel with facilities and were not dissapointed. The room was spacious(we did think a chest of drawers would have been useful,)I read warnings that this was an issue. Otherwise everything was excellent, clean attention to detail, very comfortable beds with choice of pillows, plenty of towels for shower and outside for pool. The pool was very inviting but cold so for the brave. All staff very friendly and helpful. The all seemed happy which always bodes well. The breakfasts were excellent with choice for everyone's taste. We didn't have any evening meals in the hotel because the location meant that it was within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurant which offered lots of choice, the weather was warm enough in the evenings with a light jacket and we eve joyed evening walks along the promenades.

“Good Location, but has good and bad point.”

The good points The hotel is in a good position within a few minutes walk of a pleasant sandy beach and numerous bars, restaurants and shops. It occupies a large and outwardly attractive modern building that is well maintained and kept very tidy. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well serviced by efficient staff. The staff members are very pleasant, helpful and courteous. The food is good with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. It is well prepared and of good quality. The not-so-good points Rooms off the ground floor are only accessible by steep stairs. The layout of the building is like a complicated maze that is difficult and frustrating to negotiate with blind alleyways. There are lifts but these often mean going on a lengthy circuitous route to get to one’s room. The layout is quite illogical; to go from the pool area to the rear exit on to the beach (a distance of 10 metres) one has to walk to the front of the building and then back again which is a walk of about 100 metres. The grounds are clean and tidy and well maintained but are rather stark and minimalist with some greenery but a lot of stone and concrete. The rooms have minimal privacy. The showers/wash basins are within the actual room and have only a frosted glass screen which can be seen from within the room, through the door, when open, or through the window from neighbouring balconies. The swimming pool is too cold. We only saw a handful of swimmers use it in the week we were there. The swimming pool area is very congested with far too many sun loungers on top of each other creating minimal privacy. Despite being on the sea front there are no views of the actual sea from the main swimming pool area. There is loud untuneful ‘music’ with a heavy base beat played in the grounds by the lifeguards and presumably for their benefit. Although the food is of good quality, the salads are exceptionally good, with plenty of variety, the dining area is very crowded at peak times. The buffet service is like a huge bun fight with everyone getting in each others way with no sense of order. Tables are placed very closely together well within ear-shot of everyone’s conversations. There is a small open air, area but most of the tables are not within sight of a window which makes it feel claustrophobic. The lighting in the evening is very stark. Consequently dining was more of a stressful than a pleasant experience. We cut our loses and chose to eat out even though we had paid for full board. Decent bathrooms, more lifts, a heater for the pool, a larger dining room and this could be a perfect hotel.
