    “Good for short business stay”

    Hotel is reasonabily priced, clean and ver, well connected with public transportation. It's in Andels neighbourhood, with very reasonabily priced restarounts and bars. City center is near, on the other side of Vltava river. Rooms are big enough and decorated with style. Breakfast is fine, it could be with a little bit wider offer, but overall it's there just enough variety of food not to leave you disapointes. Fitness room is well staffed. They're offering massageus in the rooms, what is rare and well accepted. Only objection was that water pressure in the shower was too low. View from the room was nice. It's near to the brewery and I recommend brewery museum for the visit. Overall, a good place to stay for a couple of days.

    Good breakfast choices, modern looking hotel with decent facilities, good location with access to metro. Uncomfortable bed due to poor quality bed base. Poor room wall noise insulation from neighbours.

    “very good hotel”

    very nice room with a balcony on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the city, very good breakfasts, every day a different hot breakfast buffet friendly service. if you are in My Barcelo you have a lot of profits.

    “Do not recommend half board”

    We chose this hotel for our honeymoon in Prague, primarily for the fact that they offered half board dining and we were impressed with the reviews. The rooms are as they appear in the pictures as well as being extremely clean with comfy beds and no noise from other guests. We were however a little disappointed that even though we stated in the booking and at check in that it was our honeymoon we received no acknowledgement or congratulations of this. Our disappointments only increased when it came to the food, bearing in mind that we are not fine diners and are usually easily pleased. The evening meal works on a highly confusing system of buffet or a-la-carte, depending on the number of other customers taking half board. Unfortunately both start at different times and the staff seem equally baffled and unclear about which it is going to be each night. On our worst night the waiter changed his mind 3 times and after ordering on a-la-carte and waiting a while we were told once again that it was actually buffet and to come back downstairs about a hour later. As result we missed the booking we had at a jazz bar! Food is basic and made on a very tight budget. Portions are tasty, but small for their simplicity, leading to us to supplement our dinner with brought snacks when back in our rooms. Drinks are charged, highly (even tap water!) The breakfast was much better, although prepare for a bit of a hectic experience on peak day (sometimes it was hard to find clean cutlery or an empty table, so we sometimes shared with other guests). The selection and quantity were generous...the quality not so much for a 4 star hotel. Another downer was finding out that the sauna was charged per hour at high rates and that there was no flexibility on this is you didn't want it for so long. I would recommend this as a business trip base, but not as a romantic get-away or as a honeymoon base!

    It was perfect and clean ,in very good location of prague near to bus station and metro and beside a huge shopping centre .we enjoyed complete and fabiolous breakfast and polite stuff with awsome hospitality.
