    “Review”

    Our room walls were dirty and the furniture looked tired. The room smelled damp and at night it smelled like sewage. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations word for word from the next room. I would give a 1 star to that room. We were given another room the next day which looked less dirty and tired. However, you could still hear conversations from the adjoining rooms very clearly. The breakfast was good.The buses are close. It is close to the airport (25 minutes by bus 21). It is 15 minutes from Palma (city centre) if you take the bus 15 (express bus) Do not take bus 25 as it takes 45 minutes to Palma!!

    “Unbeatable”

    I stayed for my 2nd time this time with my daughter.The hotel has a lot of German guests as it's in Arenal which is inhabited mainly by German people.its very close to Mega Park and Palma Aquarium. The HOTEL Is simply fantastic.we upgraded to a junior suite and felt like lottery winners It's immaculately clean and the decor all over the hotel is perfect The food is great with so much to choose from and Ignis really good With every you could possibly think of and more The bar is huge with lots of really comfy chairs There is a full gym and Sauna and steam room The grounds are immaculate and the Staff...Pedro..Gloria..Alba..Marta and Celica were very friendly and helpful Should be 5 star #########

    Requested for a double bed as we were a couple but they never arranged for one and for our entire stay we had to sleep uncomfortable. They had two single beds and they kept cushions in between them to make it look like a double bed and I must say that we never had a good night sleep as their rooms aren't sound proof so lot of background noises which was very disturbing and disappointing. Apart from this their food was amazing as they were a lot of variety so 10/10 for food and cleanliness.

    “Fantastic staff”

    I visited the occidental Playa de Palma in January 2019, the weather was a lot better than at home. The staff were excellent, they tenderer to our every need. Pedro on the bar was particularly fantastic, him and his bar staff made our holiday. Would 100% recommend to anybody who wanted to get away in the winter. Rooms were exactly as we expected, couldn’t have asked for more in a winter get away. Pedro is honestly one of the best people I’ve ever met he’s worth ever penny of that holiday on his own, made my holiday.

    “Great hotel”

    Pedro is a very good manager, great hotel and great rooms. You will not find a hotel with better value for money in the baleric Islands. Helpful staff at reception, the bar and the restaurant mean your stay is as relaxing and as easy as possible and the facilities provided throughout the hotel are fantastic
