    “Only Hotel option in Salinas”

    This is the only hotel with a decent infraestructure in Salinas. It is total outdated and lacks of refinement you would expect for such a priced fare. My opinion is that they take advantage of the lack of competition they have in the city. The beach and pools are ok no better than that and the F&B worse than that. Better to stay without all inclusive. The hotel needs a makeover urgently as looks out of date in every single corner. Also the terrible noise from the fans and AC units can be heard clearly from the balconies, not sure who ever thought placing the AC equipment in the front of the hotel.

    “Ecuador Trip”

    Spent a few days in Salinas. Hotel staff were excellent. Liked being on the beach front and impressed at how well the staff received guest. This is a very comfortable hotel.we were here during off season for the weather so missed sitting on the beach and swimming, October was too cloudy and rain . We would have enjoyed it more if the weather had been nicer..

    “Great hotel but charging for Wifi is ridiculous!”

    Th hotel is perfectly located on the Malecon and the rooms are very well appointed. We paid more for a room on the "ocean side" of the hotel, literally across the street from the main complex. Fantastic view from our private balcony and the sounds of the waves crashing to sleep with every night. We never closed the balcony doors! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. My only complaint was the shameful extra charge for Wifi. Every great hotel now includes Wifi as a part of their room fee -- and the fact that this otherwise-great hotel still charges for it -- especially with the price you pay for a room here -- is disgraceful. Not only do they charge per day -- they charge per device! Bad manners and bad business practice. Today, Wifi is as essential for a hotel room as hot water in the bathrooms. Please recognize this -- and you will be a great hotel!

    “Don't stay there it's not worth the Money”

    I am disappointed the place is old and outdated. The menu appeared to be the same every day with just very simple additions to it so they could call it some thing else. They are trying to save money sacrificing the quality of everything of what a resort is suppose to be.

    “Hotel correct sans plus...”

    Pour un Barcelo, nous n'étions vraiment pas à celui du Nicaragua...Hotel, juste correct. Pour un tout inclus, c'était vraiment étrange. Peut-être est ce dû au fait que ce n'est pas une destination que l'on se rend avec un tour...3 piscines, dont, une nouvelle, pas ouverte. Un snack à la deuxième piscine. Un buffet...euh...le pire buffet, côté choix que nous avons jamais eu, même si l'on trouvait tjrs un petit quelque choses à manger. Pas bcp de clients dans l'hôtel, on peut comprendre que le choix du menu sois restreint, mais à ce point? Je crois que selon le prix que l'on a payé, cela aurait été préférable d'aller manger dans les restos alentour. Mais, le vin rouge était excellent ;-) Mais encore là, dans notre tout inclus, le vin était gratuit, mais pour avoir une btl du même vin, 34$ US...EUH....J'ai l'impression que l'hôtel n'est pas simplement un hôtel, mais aussi des appartements, pcq sur plusieurs balcons, il y avait des BBQ, des palmiers, des décos...Nous avons soupé à l'hotel au resto à la carte au GRILL (qui, si on ne se renseigne pas, on ne sait pas comment le trouver...il est au BUFFET, mais avec un menu ;-)) C'était très bon, mais encore là, il n'y avait pas tout le menu, pas de langoustes, ni de homards...mais leurs desserts, peut facilement être pour 4 personnes et sont très bons. Notre chambre était vraiment bien, très épurée et assez grande pour y installer une allée de Bowling...une suite junior,premier plancher à 10 pieds de l'océan pacifique. Avec les vagues que nous avons eues, je pensais que l'océan cognerait à notre porte. Nous avions wi-fi dans la chambre. L'hôtel est très bien situé à Salinas, sur toute la plage il y a internet gratuit.
